I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. I found a piece of plastic bag inside my taco, which is completely unacceptable and honestly disturbing.
Food safety should be the absolute minimum standard, and this clearly failed. It ruined my meal and my trust in the brand. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by the lack of quality control.
On top of that, when I walked inside, there was a clearly intoxicated homeless woman talking to herself, and management did absolutely nothing to handle the situation or ensure a safe and comfortable environment for customers. That alone made the visit extremely unpleasant.
After this experience, I will never return to this Taco Bell — or any Taco Bell location. I would not recommend eating here.

They added a donation after I said not today, and when I requested they remove the donation, they took off one of the food items we ordered as well. The cashier wouldn't even look at me when I handed them my card

For late night snacking it doesn't get any better than t bell. Their food at this location is great. It's always hot and put together well. They have never messed up my order to date! For T bell locations this one is one of the best ones I've been to.

I was here Thursday I ordered a few tacos and chips and cheese with fries and the tacos were soggy as can be the fries were so old have been sitting there for so long the skin was coming off the only good thing was chips and cheese and the guy who took my order didnt acknowledge me just took my card and gave me my food terrible and the person working the drive thru was terrible i am only going because it the closest taco bell around if there was another I would go there

Went here at 9 am this morning, and we seen people inside, they saw us, they totally ignored us in the drive thru, will be the last time we ever come here. Acknowledge Your customers or they will find somewhere else to spend there money

Went in the morning early like at 4 am my food looked like they dropped it on the floor and wrapped it up and gave it too me smelled horrible like rotten lettuce

I asked for the nuggets combo. Barely came with any food. When I asked for the strawebrrry dream baja blast, she barely spoke English to me, but insisted that was it. There was no cream or Baja freeze mix in it so I just asked for the blue raspberry, to which she gave me an attitude and filled my large drink only 3/4 of the way full instead of full. Then when I opened my bag. I was missing the sauce to my nuggets. So I asked for a sauce, she told me it was in the bag. Clearly I am looking in the bag, and said it wasn’t. Again. Gave an attitude before saying she couldn’t give me an extra sauce. I said I didn’t even receive one sauce. To hold out on sauces and then come to find out when I really do pull away, give me less food than what I should have received for what I paid for is crazy. This Taco Bell is cheap. The service is horrible. And you will get less than what you paid for. Beware before going here.
