I ordered a delivery order and I hade 4 bean burritos with sour cream but 2 without onion, 2 cheesy roll ups with creamy jalapeño sauce, and a drink. I was missing 1 burrito without onion and 1 cheesy roll up.

I stood around waiting at the mobile order pick up shelf completely ignored, unacknowledged. Same at the counter. After 11+ minutes waiting on my mobile order that was supposedly ready, I was literally waving my arms around at the counter making eye contact with employees, trying to get anyone’s attention to see where my food was without yelling at someone. Finally, a lady showed up, argued what my name is (Stephen), questioned if I even paid for it while looking at my bag, then gave me my order that was hidden behind the counter getting cold the whole freaking time. Why even have the shelf that specifically says “pick up mobile orders here?”

This Taco Bell blows. The staff literally gets mad at you when you order because that means they gotta make food and do their job? Anyways, then they never even make your food right. Go to another Taco Bell and to the Taco Bell female worker who is about 40 working the 3 am shift, you might as well be a whole royal family the way you’re such a big drama queen xd

I suggest starting by respecting people's bathroom privacy. There is no need for you a guy working here to go to the women's bathroom slamming the door saying taco bell open up and opening the door when someone is using the bathroom. Luckily I had already put my pants up,you have no right to be harassing people. Who ever this was hope they get fired doesn't seem like it's the first time they do it. If it was someone else who didn't get to cover themselves what would you do then. Inviting some people like that to work for you just shows badly about the company. I suggest this be fixed, idk who else is getting harassed by this man.

We were refused service at 11:20pm when the restaurant was open until 4:30am. We were told, with only one other person in line, that "we don't have time for you and the food will come out cold anyways"

I have a pinto bean allergy and I ordered a Mexican pizza in the drive-through today. I ordered no beans with extra beef and I got full of beans and spent 30 minutes vomiting. And this place can’t even bother to answer the phone. It would be zero stars if that was possible

I did an online order, which should have been quick and easy, but once I got there it was terrible and slow! There was a really rude woman at the window. I'm hoping she's new and this was a fluke, but I'm not excited to go back to that location any time soon.
Taco Bell is as taco bell does. Fast, inexpensive food. A taste that isn't super crazy great, but you find yourself craving it. The drive-through is fast, and the kids working at this location are polite. The crunch wrap supreme, burrito supreme, Mexican pizza and beef mexi-melts are great. They forgot my bag of chips with cheese sauce, thus the 4 stars.
imagine how tired i am when both times i’ve gone to this location and i request no lettuce on all of my tacos, they always come with lettuce. i have an allergy and cannot eat it. how hard is it to read a screen and make food correctly? lmao

If I could put 0 star I would, 45-1 hr after eating there I was sick to my stomach vomiting, nauses and diarrhea I was literally on the toilet for a hour in pain and sick. When I went there they charged me for 2 extra things , then on top of it put in a round up donation without my permission when she refunded me. for 1 thing not both . Then being that sick after eating there. They need the heath department to go in there and shut them down if there making people that sick it's scary and I know for a fact it was them because it's the only thing I ate that day because I ate at 10:15 am and was sick for the rest of the night. I call them this morning and they said call back later when manager is here been calling for a hr straight no pick up at all. Hmmm very weird if there there why is no one picking up , but it's going to Verizon phone now , it's the same number I called this morning and it's on Google. I hope they get shut down. And the lady at the drive through was very unprofessional but looked like a manger hope not because she is not tge one

I don't get how when i am putting the order in myself they still can't get it right!! This store doesn't care about allergies I guess. One of the worst locations. Worth driving out of your way to avoid this one!
