Everytime I come here the service is horrible. Wait 5+ min in the lobby then have to call the store to get service. My order is always wrong, and I get given full sugar sodas when I order diet. I'm diabetic and it's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

My closest taco bell and I'm grateful for the friendly service and quality food. Saturday night 8 cars deep in the line and service was still fast and super friendly.

Nice and clean with quick and accurate service. Tasted like Taco Bell, which is exactly why we went. All workers wore gloves and we watched them quickly and carefully prepare our meal the entire time. Not sure why there are bad reviews here - this place was great!

The food, price, and place were good, the bad thing was the order online, I ordered my food about the app and I received the confirmation and the email, when my kids went to pickup the food the guy said that order did not exist, so I talked with the guy and I showed the email and the app order and he said no, no exist, he show me the screen and my name was there,

Food too FOREVER to come and was all messed up when we finally did get it. No ice in soda machine, sodas were all flat.
Ordered online through the app. Pull up and the guy doesn’t even let me finish speaking before he cuts me off and tells me to go to the next window. He hands me my order and I ask him if my sauces that I ORDERED through the app are in the bag that he has sealed up. He hurries me again and says yes yes and closes the window. Get home and I have NONE not a single one. Customer service is AWFUL at this location!

Arthur is Amazing! Great service and the food is always delicious! Been going to this Taco Bell for years and it’s always pretty decent, but Arthur is a professional addition to this team (he also did a great job at the Arapahoe location! Come to think of it Arthur really actually helped improve this Taco Bell tremendously as I recall! Thrice as better since he showed up! ) I always feel taken care of and they are always patient with my ridiculously complex custom orders.
