Absolutely terrible experience. The store manager has zero customer service skills and clearly does not know how to run a business. He allows his employees to have awful attitudes, which tells me he has no control over his staff at all.

The customer service was horrible from start to finish. No one tried to fix the issue or make anything right. not even an attempt. The manager didn’t care, and the employees were rude and unprofessional.

Management completely sucks, and the staff follows right along. I will never be coming back to this location. Seriously… are you kidding me?

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to speak up after witnessing repeated unprofessional behavior at this Taco Bell location. One of the male employees has consistently treated his coworker Kelsey with disrespect, speaking over her, dismissing her input, and even making snide remarks in front of customers. Kelsey has always been friendly, hardworking, and respectful, so it’s disheartening to see her treated this way.
Management should really take a closer look at how staff are interacting. A positive work environment matters not just for employees, but for the customer experience too. I hope this gets addressed soon.

I don’t get why it’s so hard to get somebody’s order right I ordered the new chicken burrito. They gave me a taco. I ordered a large Pepsi. They gave me a medium Pepsi, but still got charged for it. I asked for FIRE sauce. I didn’t get any kind of sauce whatsoever every time I go to Taco Bell whether it’s this one or any other in Colorado the service is absolutely terrible

Ordered food through app at 1:20 said was open when I got there they had people there but they must of decided to close early well I still paid for the food and could have had the common courtesy too cancel the order and give my money back but instead no response no call pick up even though I watched the guy in the store look at the ringing phone. No refund no food so I have to give 1 star for the absolutely unacceptable customer service and customer experience I received from this specific Taco Bell do way better it’s not hard

Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs!! I was in the dining room at 2:00 p.m. along with two other patrons who hadn't received their food in 15 minutes. I went to use the restroom while I was waiting for my food, they didn't have any soap in the bathroom and the bathroom was filthy. I went up and told them they didn't have any soap in the bathroom and they told me they didn't have any soap to put in there but that I could wash my hands behind the counter where the employees are. The other couple who were in there finally received their food but it was completely wrong and had to be remade, I received my food and it was not correct but I ate it anyway cuz I didn't want to spend any more time there. They didn't have any ice for the soda machine. The dining room and area around the soda machine we're disgustingly dirty. There were plenty of employees on hand but nobody seemed to be too concerned about any of the issues.

Never go to this Taco Bell. They can never get my food right. They always give you weird looks if you stand at the counter. No one talks English. I didn't want sour cream in my food. I asked for jalapeno sauce not jalapenos themselfs someone with a food allergy would sue this taco bell to hell and back. Let me give you a tip there is a new taco bell on Yosemite about 5 minutes from this one it's ten times better. Looks clean gives you your food WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS AND IN A TIMLY MANNER. I never get my food straight away it's always hell when I got there. The only reason I do it is because it's the closest one to where I work. I spent $20 on my meal and now I can't eat it. Even the soda is not stocked (that's the easiest job). GET BETTER TACO BELL!!!
