There was one "glitch"....I ordered my steak medium rare and it came our fairly well done. The waiter noticed and immediately took it back. Then it happened again and the waiter noticed and immediately said, "NO CHARGE"! Things happen and what is important is how they are handled. THANK YOU...this was done with class.
We came here for an early Father's Day dinner. Perfect Landing is one of my father in law's favorite places to go. The staff was attentive and kind. The restaurant was uncomfortably warm. I think when we were leaving the thermostat read 76 degrees, but we were close to one of the windows which may have contributed to us being hot. The food was mid, definitely nothing to write home about. Overall we had a nice dinner together, but I will probably wouldn't come again.
Experience was top notch with the exception of our server. She was entirely incapable of attending to guests. We watched her disappear into the kitchen area for inordinate periods of time and when she reappeared she either didn't care to check on diners and was seemingly incapable of the concept of scanning the room to observe customers needs/experience. At times she had to be flagged down and even when she finally came to our table was annoyed that we asked for another drink...
