Food was really good, I honestly wasn't expecting it, it was surprising. This was my first time here but won't be my last.

I was excited to go here with my family because of all the glowing reviews, but Tino’s was a big disappointment. No one greeted us when we came in. We could see half the restaurant was open but it still took 5-10 mins to get seated. Once seated we waited 10min and no waiter. We walked out.Really sad, would have loved to support a local business!

I expected a lot more from a place that has 4.6 stars. The service was disorganized and lack luster for only having half the dinning room sat at 930am. We had to ask for an additional set of silverware four times before receiving it, with the last two times being while we had our food in front of us.The bloody maria and mimosa were alright, they had decent flavor but were both a bit watery. My monte Cristo was bland and almost soggy like it sat for a while. My wife's eggs benedict had over cooked eggs, a barely toasted english muffin, the hollandaise was thin and there was very little of it. The best thing we had was the Belgian waffle which we had to ask for the berry compote and whipped cream that was supposed to come with it.I won't be coming back, nothing lived up to any expectations set by reviews or pictures. Disappointed overall.

A Delightful Twist of Fate at Tino's KitchenMy dining experience began with an unfortunate turn of events at Snooze. Upon our arrival, we were met with a rather unpleasant encounter with the hostess. Her demeanor was less than welcoming, and to add insult to injury, we were informed of an excessively long wait for a table. This was far from the relaxed brunch experience we were hoping for.Disheartened yet determined, we decided to change course and venture into Tino's Kitchen instead. This decision turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We were greeted warmly and seated immediately, a stark contrast to our earlier encounter. The star of the show at Tino's was undoubtedly the food. The Huevos Rancheros were exceptional, easily the best I've had in recent memory. The flavors were bold, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Each bite was a testament to the skill and dedication of the kitchen staff. But the food was only half of the wonderful experience at Tino's. The hospitality was equally commendable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a memorable dining experience. To top it all off, as we were finishing our meal at Tino's, I received a text message from Snooze informing us that our table would be ready in another 30 minutes to an hour. This only reaffirmed our belief that we made the right decision by coming to Tino's Kitchen.I can't recommend Tino's Kitchen enough. Its combination of superb food and outstanding hospitality make it a must-visit destination for any food lover. If you're planning a brunch outing, skip the long waits and questionable service elsewhere, and head straight to Tino's. You certainly won't regret it.

This review is based on a visit yesterday. We've eaten here before and it was very good. Yesterday, we were sat quickly at a table and 15 minutes later we were still sitting there without anyone approaching the table. After about 10 minutes, a waitress appeared for the first time and went to the table behind us. Then, she went to the table across from us and took their order (they were sat after us). She then walked to the back of the restaurant. She never looked at us or approached the table. We got up and left but made sure the hostess was aware of the situation. I used to wait tables and this is poor service and unacceptable! If the server is swamped they need to reach out to the table and say "I'll be right with you". That way the customers at the table don't feel like they're being ignored.

Firstly let me say I think they're falsifying their waitlist wait. When we joined it said we were 13th in line and got there and no one was waiting. Also when we left it said 6 people waiting and place was empty. The place is dirty with an awful carpet and reminiscent of a sport bar. They have the weirdest menu I can't tell if it's Mexican, American,Italian or what. I got the chicken sandwich which came with this atrocious spicy Dijon mustard that was slathered on both sides of bun and on patty. The bun was like an English muffin and got super soggy. I think it would have been O-K without the mustard. When we got food we had no napkins or silverware we had to ask for that. Then it was awful getting anyone to bring anything. The sandwich was so messy my one measly napkin was done so I kept trying to get someone's attention for napkins when I finally asked this young kid he brought me the bar coaster napkins...ok... again no one checked on us for drinks or bill I finally went up to bar and said can someone check us out and she asked my table number... how the heck am I supposed to know??? I just pointed and she checked us out. $50 for 2 for mediocre food, drinks and service. Will definitely not be back.

My friends and I have been to Tino's Kitchen many times and always get amazing service. Food comes out very fast. Drinks are great. One waitress, Stephanie, has stood out to me many times. She always takes great care of us and has the best customer service skills! I will continue to come back.
