The usual chicken bowl with ramen or rice. This place is really busy and the crew is working hard to serve us. Good location and lots of seating.

The potstickers were not seared well. Remained mushy and barely filled. Portion sizes in regards to entrees have reduced tremendously while prices have risen. (Inflation is understandable but portion should remain the same.) White chicken was dryer than a drought and dark chicken had lots of bones in every bite. Last couple of trips have been the same way and not looking forward to another stop here. I suggest you drive down the street for Teriyaki madness instead.

It actually took a little longer than normal but every single employee was hustling big time. Everything came out great and I'm really rooting for all the Tokyo Joe's to come back!

Ordered Uber Eats but they didn’t include the sauces as specifically request. Bad enough Uber eats is expensive but when you can’t get away and it’s necessary to order would be nice if the order is correct. Literally an online order, no hard. Do better

This location is awful. First off it's trashed and the restrooms aren't functional. The gal that rang me up made me repeat everything I said and was standing there sipping on her drink while I was trying to order...she acted like she didn't hear anything I said...it was quite rude. I asked for my food to go and they brought it out on a plate. So of course I'm the a hole that has to ask for them to package the food to go because home girl at the register was too busy sipping her drink to listen to what I was saying. 20$ for 2 sushi rolls, a trashed bathroom and someone that was seemingly intentionally rude at the register. Nooo thanks

I order a Tuna Poke Bento with no rice and a shrimp spring roll. There was no spring roll or tuna ! I got rice with onions and avocado. Unfortunately didn't notice till I was home . I called right away but was told manager (Fallon) was to busy with closing to take my call so to call back either in an hour once they were closed or tomorrow morning. I called at 7:30 they close at 8 and manager was too busy but will wait an hour after closing for my call? What a waste of my time and money!wish I could give no stars!!!

Everyone was so friendly. Told them I was in a hurry and they got me my order in a very timely manner. Definitely going back to this location.

Was super stoked to order takeout tonight... until I walked in, and all 3 employees weren't wearing their masks properly, and had them around their chins vs. their nose & mouth. FAIL. My dad just died of Covid - due to selfish people like these.

I order from here a LOT- it’s convenient healthy food close to my office. The staff is always pleasant and greet me as I run in to grab my order. They have busy days and get overwhelmed like every other restaurant since the pandemic situation started. Today I had this sweet message greet me as I opened my bag. Thank you !! There are still kind people out there and some of them are working at Tokyo Joes. The little acts of kindness matter!

Disappointed in our meals tonight. One was a salmon bowl. It was dry, tasteless (no teriyaki sauce per my request) and hard as an old piece of leather. The avocado was not ripe.My husband’s steak bowl is dry and again no sauce as ordered. Won’t be back. We have had good meals here in the past.

I really enjoy Tokyo Joes and there are two locations I go to, one by my work and one my my home. This is the location by my workplace and it's my favorite of the two I frequent. The employees currently working here do a really great job and despite this being a far busier location than the one by my house; I actually think they usually prepare the food quicker and make less mistakes.Be aware that the lunch hour rush is often pretty crazy due to the high school nearby and the fact that it's just a popular spot, but like I said I think they actually do a really good job managing the traffic. I usually put in pickup orders and they usually beat the website estimate... you can't ask for much more than that! The one time I had to wait (for 5 mins) they offered me a complimentary drink, which I thought was very gracious. Great food and great employees... 5 stars.

Stopped by to get a single roll on my way home. Waited for 25 minutes and had to ask the employees twice about the status of my single roll order. Watched as several people who came in after me received their larger orders before I did. I understand that things can get backed up with larger orders but I was disappointed to watch them quickly throw my roll together in all of two minutes after I asked them for the second time what the status was on my order. Didn’t even get ginger or wasabi with the order. I’ve been going to this location since 2004 but I think this may be my last time.

Let me start by saying the food is good. But as the saying says: "fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me." I was fooled 3 times. I guess I'll blame it on my forgiving nature. All 3 times, I have ordered food and a dish was missing. The last time, they forgot 2 dishes. When we called to get the missing dishes delivered, they said: "Oh we forgot. We can't deliver. You can pick it up." This is the last time I will order from this restaurant. It's too bad.
