Has always been my go to since their early days on Evans. Unfortunately the quality has definitely dropped off as of late. Stopped making some of the items that made them very unique - like the raspberry cage - and I will say the last couple of times in there, their croissants had lost a step.

This bakery is really great, the croissants and breads are delicious. I was in earlier and got a whole box, I ended up dropping them everywhere of course and the girl who was working this morning was so sweet and I just wanted to thank her for her kindness and thank the bakery for their amazing baked goods and service! Every time I’m in Denver I come here and it’s always worth it and wonderful!

I’ve been going to Trompeau for years. I almost always get a chocolate croissant. I went later in the day yesterday and the only croissants left were almond. I’m usually not crazy about almond but I’m so glad I got the almond croissant. It was one of THE best croissants I’ve ever had! DELICIOUS 🥐!!

Wasn’t planning on eating the whole cheese danish but I couldn’t put it down, so, I accepted my fate graciously. We also grabbed a sesame loaf to go for some soup we made at home; loved it. Definitely coming back to try more
