Finally stopped in to try and enjoyed a sesame tofu and crab rangoon. Seems like a great option though not the healthiest menu. Would have liked more vegetables in dishes.
I want to love this restaurant so badly as I am a lifetime vegetarian who never liked meat. I am a bail bun connoisseur, and I was left sadly disappointed. The flavours were one note and somewhat indistinguishable from one another even though there were supposed to be three individual flavours. I also wasn’t impressed by my noodle dish. Vegetarian food doesn’t have to mean flat on flavour.

It's a vegan place but legitimately might be the best pad Thai and bao buns in Colorado. And that's just what I've tried so far!

I have been a patron of V Revolution since they opened and absolutely love it. As a vegetarian, they are a staple in my meal rotation. Everyone I have ever brought here has really enjoyed their food. The food is truly delicious and a must try for anyone!
Food was essentially raw. Basically just heated to a decent temperature and served up without actuality being cooked. Never again.
Best asian vegan restaurant!

Unfortunately, the food I received was not at all what I expected based on your many positive reviews. The Pad Thai noodle dish was extremely soaked in sauce and had a very strange aftertaste. The bean sprouts were brown, and the appetizer was also unappetizing — the “wings” especially had a very unpleasant texture and flavor. The only part of the meal I could eat were some of the vegetables.
I tried to reach out to the restaurant via email, rather than post a review but they didn’t respond. I really love that they are all vegan but the quality/taste was really bad.

I always tell people I miss crispy wings. This hit the spot. We got wings, pork belly brussel sprouts and onion pancakes. All were great
Great vegan asian style food options!
First time at V Revolution, should have come here a long time ago. Recently went to a fully vegan food menu. Very good food and a chill place.
Completely vegan menu with favorite like wontons and egg rolls, Pho and more!
