Chicken sandwich was under cooked and cold. Hamburger, nuggets and fries lukewarm. Wasn’t busy but took 15 minutes to get order. Threw everything in the trash and left.

If I ever want to get screamed at by an AI to take my time because I stopped ordering for 3 seconds I might go back. If you are skeptical about an AI dystopian future, the drive thru will convince you. Didn't even finish ordering and went to McDonalds it was so off-putting.

Outside drive up has a computer, not a person and didn’t even list the sandwiches. Drove up to Windsor and for a $13.05 order she couldn’t take a nickle so we got 95 cents which we didn’t want. Used to like Wendy’s but probably won’t go back.

They force you to use the stupid Wednesday AI ordering assistant and all it does is not show you the menu, doesn’t understand anything you say to it and backs the line up like crazy. Just stop with your useless ai when it comes to ordering.

Austin is the most helpful fast food employee I’ve encountered in years. He was cheerful and chattty with the customers. He noticed I didn’t like my new fuego fries and offered me a replacement without me even asking. He was working hard and being kind to the customers the whole time. Very valuable asset to my team! (Even though the new fries were way too salty, the burgers here are always bangin!!)

I absolutely hate that they’ve gone to ai ordering in the drive through. That thing is useless you have to repeat yourself multiple times and it still doesn’t understand. I’d rather talk to a person like a real life human being.

The new AI at Wendy’s drive through makes me feel like the matrix created a new pill - the brown pill. I truly felt like I was living a scene from the movie Idiocracy. The AI makes mistakes in orders, creating a chaotic work environment for the poor employees that are just trying to keep up with the demand. On top of handling customers, now they have to take care of mistakes caused by the new AI drive through. I truly pray for this planet.
