Got the complete wrong order

I'm a regular customer at this location I'm usually walking over here from where I live to get food for breakfast or lunch. This morning I walked over here for breakfast so I could take it home and relax. Lobby was locked around 8:50am so I called and asked to be let in and was told drive thru was the only way I could get service this morning due to short staffed. I told the lady managing that I had walked here and left my car at home because it was a 5 minute walk and I just wanted to get breakfast and go home. I also informed her that there wasnt any signs saying the lobby was closed and that the lobby hours on the door said from 6am to 10pm. She came to the door let me in but was super rude about it made me feel bad about being a customer right out the gate so I went and order my food through the kiosk paid $11.11 for my food sat down by the kiosk to wait for my food because I'm 8 months Pregnant and wanted to just sit for a minute and then as soon as I sat down the same lady yelled at me from behind the kitchen counter saying I wasnt allowed to sit down or I would have to leave so in fear of getting kicked out before getting my food I got up and went to the counter and told her I was 8 months pregnant and I just was sitting till my food was ready. She refused to let me sit down and I told her this was extremely rude customer service and very unprofessional and that I was a regular customer and I've never been treated so poorly by staff working here. I told her its extremely rude to tell a pregnant woman shes not allowed to sit down after paying for their meal and that it was not okay to tell customers that already paid they were going to be kicked out of the restaurant if they continued to sit and wait. She started telling me that her district manager told her she can tell customers they can't sit down or they would be kicked out of the restaurant. She assumed I was a homeless person which is very rude and super unprofessional by a long shot!!!! However I'm more upset over the fact that I told her I was pregnant and I was still refused the right to sit down after walking over here to get food that I had paid for already.
I had told her I was gonna leave a review and explain to the district manager what had happened and see if this was appropriate behavior from staff regardless of short staffed or not because she had said the district manager okayed this behavior from her to be like this towards customers. She said she would comp my meal but never did because I paid at the kiosk which would have been nice but the fact is I do NOT believe HR or the district managers would approve of how I was treated as a paying pregnant customer.
I would love to hear back from the owners or the district manager about this because this is beyond poor customer service and extremely rude and disrespectful!!!!
I do not think I was treated very well at all!!!! I would have loved to get a refund and just leave had that been an option with how I was treated but I stayed and waited for my food and was treated extremely poorly.
I would have never thought this restaurant would treat pregnant women the way I got treated today but this is beyond rude and unprofessional.
Where I understand being short staffed would mean I would wait longer for my food I do NOT see how it okayed being this rude and disrespectful to paying customers especially one thats 8 months pregnant!!!!!

The milk shake was liquid and warm, bubbles were in it too ! Put the 2 drinks in the deep freezer..still liquid ! Your milk shakes are no good . Not thick .

This place is constantly closed it's about a 50% chance when I pull up after work around 11:00 that they have some issue think the reality is none of the employees want to do their job they always seem dead inside clean house and try again.

Ridiculously slow wait time to get my order taken. I needed to get my order taken since I wanted to use rewards and can’t use rewards at the kiosk. Never coming to this one again
I live in the apartments next to this Wendy’s and can’t tell you how many times they have totally screwed up my order. I stopped coming a long time ago, but recently started to drive for uber eats. It’s wild how often this Wendy’s messes up customer orders! From early closes, to claiming they never received an order or had an order already picked up (their printer is turned off), these guys gotta figure something out. Biggest joke of a Wendy’s ever

This place is so filthy. Whoever the the manager is needs to manage their staff better! Missing items on the order, dirty dining room and staff looks so unhappy. Going through the drive thru is usually okay . I would recommend just door-dashing it or ordering something else

I went to this location on 11/1/24 . I order two 10 piece meals . I only got 6 nuggets In one of the meals . Then I proceed to eat the fries and I got a fry that was so hard it was definitely not edible. I ate one of the nuggets and it had a hard piece inside like if it was a bone . Truly upsetting.

Did an Uber eats order for my coworkers and they royally screwed it up. Missing 5 items in total from our order. Extremely disappointed as we work night shift and this is one of the only options to have this late at night. Double check your orders before sending them out. It's really not that hard.
