It’s going to seem kind of strange in there at first but the staff is very nice and the food is GREAT. Definitely will be returning. (Also any reviews saying you only get one bowl for $20 is wrong, they just misunderstood. It’s pretty much all you can eat and you can take some to go as long as you don’t abuse the system.)

Yuan Palace has an all you can eat buffet. The meat is raw, but the staff cook it for you on top of a large metal warriors shield. I got some take out. It was very good tasting. There was a box of rice, a box or meat and vegetables, a fortune cookie, and chopsticks.
Vegetarian options: Raw Mushrooms, bean sprouts, broccoli, onions, and vegetables are available at the buffet table, and a man will grill them for you if you ask nicely.

I’ve been going here for 25 years and absolutely love it every time I go. There are other Mongolian barbecues that have lots more choices and might be more fancy but simple is good in this case.
