I've been 4 times now and every time I am blown away, the homemade pastries of the day are always incredible and their brisket is amazing! Definitely my favorite spot for brunch in Colorado.

My wife and I have eaten here multiple times and the experience has been good especially for the town of Erie. For the first time we decided to order Take Out. Part of our order was full order of calamari. As I am leaving i notice they only provided a half order. I looked in the box to make sure it was only a half and it was. I let them know we ordered and paid for a full and the Hostess was apologetic and went to have a full order added. We get home and open up the larger full order box and it was the same amount as was in the half order. Not cool Carrot Bistro. I assume you just dumped what was in the smaller box into the larger box. Lesson learned is to not do take out from this place especially for the price.

Good, could be better. I enjoyed the food, but it wasn’t as good as it could’ve been. The server did her best, but she was not adequately trained and answered questions incorrectly. For instance, I asked if the mussels were large and plump or small. I was told large and plump but they actually were tiny and certainly not plump. This was a shame because the cooking of them was very good. The sauce was great and the bread was excellent. The duck was quite good. The dessert which was the flourless chocolate cake was very disappointing.

Loved this place! They use locally sourced food for a lot of their dishes. We had Halibut Fish and Chips and a Cubano Sandwich, with exceptional! And no visit would be complete without the Carrot Cake!!

The folks who run this place know what they're doing. The restaurant is spotlessly clean including the restrooms.
My date and I had chicken sandwichs which were superb. We also had french fries which we asked be extra crisp and they actually were. Most restaurants we go to just send out the normal fries even when we ask for them to be extra crisp.
Service was great and the prices are fine. Maybe a dollar or two more than the run of the mill restaurant but worth it. I totally recommend this restaurant
Great local restaurant. The service was as good as it gets. Food is smaller but appropriate portions. Really enjoyed our evening there.

Update- 12$ for happy cheeseboard pictured?!!! Are you out of you flipping mind? This place is an absolute joke now. Owners- you should be freaking ashamed. Daughter’s burger was burnt to a crisp. Holy shoot this was expensive for an awful meal. Seriously stay away!!!!
Don’t get me wrong- the food is ok. But for brunch today it was all just fine… but for 100$ for 2 adults and a kid? Wild. The pork belly Benedict had almost no pork belly in it. Chicken and waffles were fine. Just really not worth the money and better breakfast next door at Lucille’s
