My wife and I love their pizza! We bounce around, having pizza from different places but they are the best in the area without going to Denver.

Your restaurant was so good when we lived here 6 years ago. The order we received this evening with salad (soggy and limp), calzone (? Not really) and pizza ( cheese with a few olive slices) all were inedible. It took an hour and 15 to arrive and was cold. I am so disappointed Abo’s! And it cost over $77.00!Sent from my iPhone

Disappointed. Screwed up pizza, hour longer and blamed on young staff. Mistake to order from them. Black Jack for me moving forward Over charged me as well. Blaming doesn’t

I am a sucker for local pizza places... local places are great, but honestly pizza in general lol. It's a food group of mine at the present. I understand that Abo's has a number of locations, but the Erie spot has hooked me in completely. We've ordered delivery from this location more times than I can count in the last year and it's been phenomenal each time. It's unfortunate that there are other Yelpers that have had less than stellar experiences - whether delivery or in person. Abo's has a website that you can easily place an order to pick up or have delivered rather than calling in to the restaurant. I'll be honest and say that I prefer that lol. The website is very easy to navigate and there are none of the BS service charges that we've all come to accept from larger delivery services like Doordash or Uber Eats (thanks pandemic). There are no update text messages or anything to notify you of status changes after you place your order, unfortunately, but in my experience, calling and asking has been helpful. We are typically quoted a time frame through the website, and each time we have placed an order, our deliveries have arrived at our front door within a reasonable amount of time and the kids handing us our glorious pies have been friendly and personable. We've never had an order go wrong, take too long, etc. Abo's is expensive in the same way that anything nowadays is, but if you're feeling a hankering for pizza or just feel lazy and don't want to cook dinner, this spot is a great place to consider giving business to. Heck, I might even order some more pizza tonight... LOL.

Over priced small pizzas and a tiny pee pee delivery driver in a white car that peels out and drives like a moron (did this twice while we waited for our pizza)

Best takeout in a while. Ordered pizza and wings and cannoli. Ordered for 1345. Food was here right at that time. Believe I ordered the Hawaiian pizza. It came with jalapeños and it was delicious. Abos is a local pizza shop and we think it's the best around.

Delivery, the Taxi Driver pizza was great, probably one of the tastiest I have had in quite a while. .Timing was good, and pizza was hot. I don’t post much, but I felt a need to on this one, glad took a chance on the 3.7 stars.

We haven’t been here in awhile and truly, again, it was terrible. The pizza was bland, the meatball sub was something I’ve never seen before! It was ground beef meat in a hero little bit of sauce and slabs of cheese. Again, no flavor! Not even salt n pepper!!They say New York style pizza, not in my world, and I’m from NY! This place just constantly misses the mark.We won’t be back.

If you are looking for NY or NJ style pizza then try the pepperoni. It tastes good enough for being in Colorado but don’t get your hopes up. It’s not outstanding but it gets the job done. The meatball pizza is not NY style. They do not use big slices of meatballs. See pics.

As we walked through the doorway to Abo’s pizza immediatly we were greeted by the local pizza tenders. A pinball game and SNK arcade cabinet brought a sense of nostalgia without the overbearing foreshadowing of just how classic the flavors of this pizzeria were. The slices large enough to fill the bounty of even the most world weary traveler. For its size this pizza didn’t flop when held in the tradition of forefathers. The cheese, sauce and toppings were fit for a king and the prices were there to serve the commoners. Amazing value and heroic taste await all who venture to Erie for Abo’s Pizza.

Not only is this the best pizza around but the employees st this location are great. We called 10 minutes before closing and asked if we could still get a pizza and he didn't hesitate to take care of us. We were just a couple of minutes away so we went over to pick it up and had a parking lot picnic with our little girl with our delicious, hot pizza! We created a great memory thanks to this kid who took care of us!

My wife and I have been hesitant to trying this pizza due to bad reviews my wife has read. We figured the only way to find out is to go for it! My only complaint is the amount of toppings they put, if you’re charging extra then I want to get my money’s worth. Very tight on the toppings.
