We’ve ordered from here over a hundred times as we have an autistic son who specifically likes their cheese pizza. We tend to also order for ourselves as well when we get him a pizza.
I’ve waited to write this review to see if there is more consistency in quality and customer service - but I haven’t seen improvements in either.
On quality, the pizzas are consistently undercooked or overcooked. There isn’t consistency. Additionally the ingredients just aren’t as good as other pizza options.
On service, they are consistently understaffed and when you go into the store for a pickup, especially in the summer, it looks like the Goonies - with the oldest worker being college age at best.
This is clearly an absent franchise owner who just doesn’t care.

Pizza is about the crust and sauce and they have very very good crust. The cheese and toppings are a delicious bonus, producing sublime pie perfection.

Online order was prepared and delivered much more quickly than time estimate. Pizza, salad, and wings were very good and the chocolate chip giant cookie desert hit the spot.

I’ve worked pizza it’s not easy especially with grumpy people who take food too seriously staring you down. I love how kind all the people here are and our orders delivery or otherwise are always correct and properly made. I just want to say to the woman working the counter and taking phones and managing the online service, you are killing it.

They mess stuff up every order. Twice now we have ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and twice they have failed, this time we ordered a cheese as backup because we didn’t trust them to get it right, and turns out we were correct.
First time they just sent us the completely wrong pizza and now somehow they have managed to make a pale ass BCP with no buffalo sauce or any sauce at all.
They must all be high there or something.

I always believe in giving a business at least 2 chances. But after 5chances I’m DONE. All these were “delivery”. 1st ordered a pizza. They left off an ingred. We never complained. 2nd- calzone. They never gave me the marinara sauce. 3rd. Again no marinara. Called. They brought extra plus ice cream. No one in house eats vanilla ice cream. 4th). Again no marinara. We used the extra they had given on previously. 5th. This time placed a call directly to restaurant and ordered. They came and we asked them “is there marinara sauce”. He lied “yes there is”. Here again waiting 20min. for them to come back with sauce. He got here. No staying around to apologize. Ran as fast as he could to his car. I contacted corporate headquarters. They emailed me a large sized one topping pizza. No one here eats one topping pizza. But we won’t use it anyway. Because we switched to another pizza place.

The worst customer service experience ever. I have three kids who are hungry and when I got home, I discovered the pizza was completely burned. I called back and spoke to the manager who agreed. Then the self identified customer service manager. Brittiny called me back but shared how I should have looked at the pizza before I left the restaurant. I’ve been going to this location for six years and never looked at the pizza. She and the GM, who was on the phone though she didn’t make me aware,, proceeded to become argumentative and incredibly rude in defense of me telling them how their burnt pizza messed up my evening with my kids. Good companies and people take responsibility. Britney and the GM of the Erie Blackjack, are not good people and attacked a long time patron for expressing their displeasure with their product.
Our favorite local spot for hand tossed pizza. Everything we have ordered from here is top notch.

Called and no one could confirm specific ingredients for a gluten free crust options- need to change this for future customers if they want to advertise an option for those GF.
