Called to place an order phone was answered by a 1 month employee who didn't know anything but was happy to give false information. I did not complete the order. When are these BJ franchises going to stop letting incompetent teens run thier stores... won't be doing business here or anywhere that does this.

I placed my order online, first time eating there, checked out said delivery 60 minutes, called to verify that received my order and yes they did he said about 45 minutes & he was knocking on the door in 30 minutes. Pizza was good exactly the way I ordered it and was hot.

Worst customer service! We ordered a pizza, the website said order will arrive in 95 minutes, we waited the 95 minutes, no pizza. Manager said there is nothing they can do (couldn't find our order) besides us placing another order. We've have good service for over 2 years here, but this is ridiculous!

Delivery is almost always faster than estimated. My delivery driver today knocked on my door and i didn't hear it. He called me to let me know he was here instead of leaving my pizza outside. Very thankful, wish I could remember his name!
