Store phone apparently doesn’t work because no one answers. Went through the drive through, older gentleman with name tag “Grandpa” took my order. Didn’t receive half of what I ordered and no one answered my call to process a refund. Didn't know Burger King was taking charity donations. Won’t be going back.

Ice cream machine is broken all the time, debating starting a go fund me for them (what is this McDonald's?!?) one time I waited almost an hour for my food. Id rather go to Wendy's, at least they have a working ice cream machine 😭. But it's the only fastfood place nearby so we're doomed to return to the wretched ice cream less French fry factory! The nerve! Gosh. Ugh, I need my Oreo shake I've had to resort to buying ice cream and Oreos from the Walgreens next door to make my own! EDIT I went back... After many days of debate I decided it was time. I tried.. they still didn't have my Oreo milkshake... Changing it from 2 stars to ONE LITTLE ITTY BITTY STAR. I'd be HAPPY to bring it up if this burger king EVER gets it back to normal.

They have all these signs on the walls of their drive thru window explaining how to upsell and how important profit is to getting more hours etc etc but then they serve you a piece of 7 hour old chicken in a wrap looking like this. Absolutely disgusting food. What a waste of time and money. Just go somewhere else or skip dinner honestly.

Thank you so much to the staff. Everything perfect. The only thing that bothers me is the voice of the old man who worked at the Burger King drive-thru today. His loud voice irritated me.

Jordan was fantastic taking my complicated order. He made sure our order was accurate, he was extremely polite and patient, and made sure to get us fresh mozzarella sticks. I felt like an important customer whose order was valued. My daughter says 'He was awesome!'

Drove from the children's hospital after my sons surgery & they locked their lobby at 7:30pm (obviously before because it was already locked) even though their door says open until 10pm on Fridays in the lobby. The pathetic excuse of a"manager" came to the door & said their register is down & use the drive through. DON'T ADVERTISE YOU'RE OPEN BY A KIDS HOSPITAL IF YOU'RE NOT OPEN!
