Food is par at best. Usually just warm. No condiments available (only behind counter). No public Wi-Fi access. Manager states it was taken out. Short on change, mgr said his change delivered was mixed up. Tables are dirty, you have to clean your own. Customers able to hear the use of foul language by store employees. Either close the store or fire bc the manager. The guy is full of ‘why he can’t’. No wonder BL is sinking like a rock. Never again!!

Stay away from this Burger King. I’ve gone here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and there is always something wrong with the food. It’s either cold, sloppily put together or something is missing out of my order. I’m not sure what’s going on with the staff, but they always seem so depressed and customer service is completely nonexistent. But you don’t have to take my word for it, just read all the other reviews.

This Burger King food is always cold 9 times out of 10. It’s sad they put this fast food restaurant in our Community. I’m pretty sure they are the same owners as the Burger King that was located at 287 by Walmart in Lafayette Colorado. The Health department should close this Erie Store.

We stopped here because the kids were hungry and hey it was the only place we could see. God help our toilets the whole rest of the night. I ordered a "burger" but I'm not entirely sure what I actually ended up eating.

Food was terrible, I had a sausage croissant and potatoes. The sausage was burnt and dried out, the potatoes were overcooked and no flavor. Service was quick and there is no atmosphere in drive thru!Parking: N/A

Always a mixed bag when one does take out from this Burger King. Last time I picked up chicken nuggets and found TWO bone fragments in them. What if I had been a little kid? Granted, this is more of a corporate and/or supply chain problem, but very rarely does this BK earn a positive review.

Anytime my kids are sick i try to get them a milkshake and every time I try to come to this BK, either the machine is 'down', service isn't good, or when I call on my way over to make sure the machine is working, they never answer.I would rather drive the extra time to one of the neighboring McDonald's and give them my business.I wish something with better quality and better service would take over this location.
