It was 8pm... very slow... couldn't tell which turn to take for drive through... so decided to go in. An off duty employee was ordering in front of me... no other customers were inside. New guy at the cashier kept making mistakes. Manager came out to fix something. He kept making mistakes and NO ONE ever even acknowledged me. I walked out and found the drive through turn. Gareth gave me a much better experience!

Erie location: Drive thru, ordered a market fresh salad w/grilled chicken, a four piece strips and fries. Got to the pickup spot, told me to pull forward. Waited, longer than you should for fast food . Brought me my bag and I drove away. Opened my salad, looking forward to dinner....it's a southwest salad w battered chicken, apple cider vinaigrette, granola and roasted almonds. Yuk. So disappointed. I will completely check my order from the Erie Chick -fil-A going forward.

While I wish I could give this Chick-Fil-A a 5 star review, I estimate we have visited this location 10 times since they have opened and unfortunately probably half the time the food we received is incorrect or missing something. I hope it improves with time!

Food took some time despite being not too busy. Food was good but could tell fries and filet were not the freshest and they did skimp on the fries.

I can tell the new establishment and new crew are definitely trying and just getting the hang of things. I definitely believe they can get better and figure things out. We had placed a mobile order and by the time that we got there and got into the mobile order line I could not retrieve the QR code. The email that confirmed my order went to a link that said my session timed out. When we pulled around the new girl did not know what to do and said she asked her manager who told her that we would have to pull around and do a new order even though our payment was charged. When we pulled back around and went through the regular drive-thru the lady was able to see that our order was still placed & waiting in the queue. While waiting for our order we did see three cars drive into the exit. Seems like everybody is really confused in the parking lot. Our fries were not only undercooked but had no salt on them and were very skimped on. Actually we felt very ripped off by how little fries there were. All of our fry containers were very short. The sandwiches were pretty good. My husband and I both had ordered spicy chicken sandwiches. Strangely my sandwich was quite large and satisfying but my husband's was half the size of mine. My son and my shake were delicious and my husband enjoyed his dragon fruit frosted lemonade. We would definitely come back to enjoy the sweet treat drinks.

Holy cow, we have been waiting for this location to open for a long time, and I must say, the team members, owner, experience, food quality, and location make it my pleasure to visit this restaurant over and over again. Way to go!
