Disappointed in my pizza every time we order. The pizza is usually hard, cold and not good. The delivery drives are very kind, though! So that's a positive.

This is by far the Worst Pizza place…. They just can’t seem to figure this thing out..
#1- They are ALWAYS late on deliveries, pizza is cold Every time.
#2- The customer service at this place is terrible, they are rude and disrespectful.
#3- On multiple occasions they have gotten the order wrong or the delivery driver smashes the box on the way to our house.

Unfortunately they are the only pizza place near us so we have tried multiple times and they just don’t care at this point. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ordering from this location.

Every single time we order from here, which has been more than 20x, the delivery takes over an hour. The pizza currently has been out of the oven for an hour and I am still waiting. When you call there is a 50% chance you will catch an attitude. Then on top of all of that, the food is typically not warm or just not edible. The last time we ordered our cheese was on top of the entire pizza box! When we called they made it seem like we should scrape the cheese off and reapply it. It’s insane. I hope we can get some teens who really want to work here because this is one of the only pizza places that deliver in Erie!

Placed in order. Paid the delivery charge as well as a twenty percent tip. Order was wrong. Driver left in a hurry before I could flag them down. Contacted, the store spoke with the manager vanessa. Was told there's nothing they can do unless I wanted to come in and pick up the correct order. I definitely feel robbed of my money.

I went to pick up pizza at 11:15am 11st October 2024 . The employee so rude and not good customer service. I just asked for my name not showing in screen and she was so rude and she want to leave me from her store and she said if you not leaving she call the cops.
The employee she is dranker at working time and her behavior not good.

Recently ordered a couple pizzas and two sides from this dominos . The pizzas were both wrong and one of the sides was terrible . I called to ask a reasonable question about the food. The manager “Mike” was very rude and gave attitude , what do you want me to do about it, I’ve made 2000$ worth of pizza tonight ? This is why people don’t like fast food anymore . The customer service is ridiculous. Waste of time and money . Wouldn’t get pizza here ever again

They gave me the wrong order one night recently. I spoke with the manager and they said they would put a note in my account and when I called to use it they said no note existed and that manager was gone. This Dominos was never great but they always provided good service until recently.

Delivery was 30 minutes late, called to check on it, said it would be another 40 minutes. First time I called, to check on the order they hung up on me. Not ordering here ever again, too many other legitimately good pizza businesses out there

Nightmare carryout experience. Made it back to my car 40 minutes after the tracker said my stuff was ready. The staff was clearly overworked and understaffed (franchisee's fault). However in the time I was there they had 3 customer complaints call-in regarding misdelivered food. The manager Tim was asked by the in store each of these times to speak to the customer and he refused the first two and finally spoke to the third one. However immediately after putting the phone down was criticizing the customers. Going so far as to say its not there problem to know a customer's religion after misdelivering a pepperoni and sausage pizza to a Jewish customer. Note: the in store worker said that the customer had specifically stated their religion when ordering in order to avoid the exact situation that occurred.

Tim's solution was to remake their pizzas "after I get through this rush". Maybe work on the one's that were delivered incorrectly 30+ minutes ago?

The only item missing from my order was cheese dip. Tim stated that he had made it and it must have disappeared. So I had to wait 20 minutes while the rest of my food sat under heat lamp. Then once it was ready the front person had been cut to begin end of shift work so I dealt with a new person who not only refused to believe I had already paid upon arriving, but straight up dropped my parmesan bites onto the floor and without a word of apology...or even a word at all threw them back on the counter for me to take. The cheese dip was maybe 2cm worth of oil and absolutely not worth the price or the extended wait.

I have worked in multiple pizza chains, specifically this dominos a few years ago. I thought things were bad then, but this was another level of poor.

Silver lining is I have been close to never going to a dominos again, but this experience makes me sure I will never return.
