I order from the Erie, CO location frequently, my pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious.The store has once sent a second pizza when they regular baked my pizza even though I order well done, the drivers are polite and timely. They go above and beyond in customer service, thank you!Kid-friendliness: They are very kid-friendly.

This used to be the better Dominos in the area but that is no longer the case. Every time we order from them, the food is either messed up, it takes way too long or it tastes horrible . We got a sandwich last night that had a total of 5 toppings, what kind of sandwich is that? Absolutely disgusting. Probably will not be back to this location.

I am a regular I have never had a problem at all. The food is spectacular. Service is usually amazing other than my experience tonight. And I would recommend this place anyone tonight with not too pleasant. hey man said at the bar like a normally do of her glass of wine that I ordered was soured so she poured me another which was also Soward but I didn’t say anything I was like well it is what it is ordered food sit there for 20 minutes and then she decides to ask the kitchen if the potato was ready well they had not even started it With myself and my husband not counting us there were four other tables in the restaurant. I don’t understand how this was a problem. We Decided to leave without eating and canceled our order. Just said before I’ve never had a problem with this place until tonight. I was not impressed by anything. Highly disappointed in service drink, and not getting food.

Ordered food yesterday. Food arrived 30 minutes later than quoted. Only half of our order arrived - the other half took 1.5 hours to arrive. Best of all, we got sick within 30 minutes of eating the food.I give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but it’s hard to see something that didn’t go poorly here.

The Loaded Tater Tots I have gotten from them lately have been pretty--well--inedible. They were about 60% of the size of the first order I got in Louisville. The first order was fabulous. Orders two and three from both Erie and Louisville were not good at all. This review is for Erie. There wasn't a great deal of cheese--certainly not enough to justify the cost of the item. The product had burned (somewhat) and the cheese that had come off the tots and onto the paper was entirely burned and was a crispy black mess. It was inedible. You know how you like melted cheese? Yeah. This wasn't it! It was so crispy there were bubble holes where you could see the paper. It was black! Do they even LOOK at it before sending it out? Do they CARE? Do they take any PRIDE in their product? Sure doesn't seem so. Now their pizza was okay and their wings were good. But I have to be honest with you. Not going back there again.

Placed an order for pickup. And left without a pizza. Due to undesisive staff who would go between the cash register and the kitchen, handling food WITHOUT washing their hands first.

The girl at the register is completely rude. The two gentlemen that are store managers at this store are awesome disrespectful and very rude. I was not only overcharged, but they were not able to give me my change on my purchase due to the fact that they don’t carry change in the store do not recommend this place due to the lack of customer, respect, and service

We ordered 4 of their XL pepperoni pizzas. They arrived more than 30 minutes late. They were cut by seemingly a blind person and had pools of grease on top. They tasted like vomit. (With half a dozen teenage boys in our house, we still had two whole pizzas left over). For nearly $70, I am very unsatisfied, and I remember why we don’t order from Dominos but every few years

3 hours. No delivery. Called the store.Young lady that answered the phone was completely distraught and sounded like she’s been crying.Decided to pick order up myself and the store could not find the order.Manager refused to take responsibility and come talk to me at the counter.Argued about the refund. You took 3 hours to NOT drop off our order and I gave them the BOTD and drove my happy butt down to get it. Sorry to bother you with your job Ms. manager I mean the least you can do is give me is my money back..Poorly managed, no accountability,Store manager, GM, Owner??? Someone needs to step in and help these folks because apparently dinner rush is all it took to break these employees…Sad day … won’t be ordering here again.
