Just terrible dude! Food was wrong and not cooked all the way. Y’all need a new general manager

We consistently run into issues with our orders. Our most recent order was messed up, and when I called to inquire about what could be done, I was offered a credit on my account or for the order to be re-made. I opted for a credit, which was never applied to the account as promised. When we called to redeem the credit today, we were met with hostility and poor customer service when trying to explain the situation to worker. He did not believe us, and was rude throughout the duration of the interaction. Due to the combination of consistently having our orders messed up and rude customer service, we will be finding a new pizza place. I would not recommend this Domino’s location.

bad service, bad employee

LISTEN TO THESE BAD REVIEWS!!! We were in the middle of moving and attempted to order some pizzas for our helpers and the pizzas never showed up in accordance to the DoorDash map and our whole family was sitting there waiting for them. When we called, we were told WE were being rude for asking where our pizza was over and over and the said they don’t deliver to our address. They turned the blame on US for ordering the pizzas. How would we know they can’t deliver to us if DoorDash suggests their location and accepts the order? Another twist in the story, turns out they delivered our pizzas to a totally different house who also had a pizza order but wasn’t honest enough to say they weren’t theirs. The delivery guy also “claimed” he talked to me over the phone and confirmed this different address with “me” which is a BLATANT lie and my phone record would show that. He finally admitted he didn’t talk to me, but this other person who had an order instead and took them our food. As someone newer to this area we know where we will never be ordering from. No offer for a refund, nothing. Just a sorry, we don’t come your way and we took your food to another house. Thanks.

When I pay for extra cheese and extra toppings, I expect extra cheese and extra toppings. Stealing my hard earned money and not giving me what I paid for.

Sick of giving chance to this store. I order a 3 topping today with extra sauce and to my surprise there's no sauce at all. It taste like eating a cardboard, no flavors at all. This is the 3rd time I had issue with my pizza. Never getting pizza from this store again.

Dominos let me down again. I thought maybe the first time was a one off but I’m unimpressed. The salad was soggy, the pizza didn’t have any cheese and the wings didn’t have any buffalo sauce. Time to find a new pizza spot.

The last couple of months this location has declined significantly. The last 3 pizzas we have ordered are missing ingredients as well as cheese. The staff has always been difficult to talk to with a complaint or issue, but the pizza was decent. Now the pizza is barely edible with not much flavor and missing cheese. The photo attached is the better of what we have received.

Ever since the black gentlemen in the back making pizzas left, its hasn't been the same. The pizza quality went downhill and my food was constantly cold afterwards.

We were coming back from somewhere in the night and due to snow we were getting late… we called the store and requested them to keep the dominos open for us little longer than the closing time. The person at Dominos kept it open for 20 mins over the closing time. Never seen such a service. I would give 10 on 10 to the person who was at the dominos on 31st Dec 2024 night. (Missed go ask his name).

Amazing customer service! I ordered a pizza online and the young man who gave me my pizza was very friendly! I forgot to order two things so, I placed a new order and went back. They were out of the 2-liter diet coke which was one of the items I had ordered. Because of the inconvenience, the manager refunded the whole order. This was a small inconvenience and a lot of places usually don't do this, so, I wanted to take the time and compliment them. Everything was also extremely quick. Amazing staff and management! Will most definitely be back to this location.

Order delivery and we eat dominos from Northglenn all the time, pizza was overcooked and cut into either massive or tiny slices. Delivery person left the pizza on the doorstep without evening ringing the bell even though I didn’t select that for our delivery choice. They got one of our two pizzas correct, the other one was the wrong sauce AND the wrong toppings. When I went to put in a complaint they offered me “20% of my next pizza” or “points on my account” which I don’t have an account, I ordered via guest so I would have to create an account. Terrible experience while visiting friends in Erie when we have never had any of these issues with our Northglenn store

Sammy was pretty dank, asked for jalapeños & dude was koo about it, over all nice quick stop.

Order from this location if you enjoy cold pizza. I live less than 10 minutes from the store yet took more than an hour to get our order to us. No snow, no issues with the roads or traffic.

This used to be our preferred pizza delivery option near us as they used to do well, but the past several orders have been subpar at best. Disappointing.
