I used to love Dutch Bros and was very excited for one to open so close to my house. I’ve been disappointed time and time again at this location. Each time I mobile order, anything additional I add and pay for gets skipped and I don’t get it. On top of that, you can expect to wait no less than 30 minutes every time you visit this location (or lately any location in my experience).
I am not into specialty drinks....I ordered a cold brew. It was fine, however it was from a can and they use too much ice which watered down an already weak drink. They really need to get a quality cold brew on tap.
The attendant standing outside was very efficient, there was a long wait in line to make it to the window. I will be back because I enjoy their drinks. The Caramelizer was excellent.
