If you are closed because your water heater broke. ..you should probably update that on the website. I ordered and went to pick it up only to find a note on the door. Now I have to call for a refund. Awesome.

The staff there were awesome today — they made my day!! I am saying that because after telling them I want fries and noticing how pricey the cost is, I decided to take the fries off, but eventually they gave me free fries! They deserve a tip for how amazing and generous they were at Five Guys! Of course, don’t think that they will always be doing this, but I guess today was just a special treat.

It is as expected food-wise. I find (same w/Good Times) it must matter how fresh the meat is...some days the burger is as expected and some days its sub-par. My 3-star is for employee/Mgr attitude and the fact that gloves are meant to touch the food only. There's at least one other comment in here re gloves and cash. No more hairnets BUT still, gloved-employees think its ok to adjust a hat with food gloves on then continue to prep food. Additionally in the age of NO EMPLOYER/corporation will take responsibility and there's only arbitration, no suing even for negligence..PLEASE if you work for 5Guys you MUST wash your hands SO PLEASE TELL corporate THEY are responsible for your ILL HEALTH if you continue to use the PROVIDED TOXIC hand soap By EcoLab called DigiClean 🤢🤮🤢🤮it is likely toxic for your skin and simply inhaling its ingred while washing your hands. PLEASE do your due diligence and print off the MSDS sheets--your health may be affected by this soap.
