Jersey Mike's Subs

The kids making the sandwich were super friendly. I ordered the chicken Philly. Horrible I took 1 bite and through it out. It tasted so off like the chicken was old and bad. I was in a hurry to get back to NOCO, where I live, that I didnt bother taking the time to return and explain about the off taste and ask for a refund.

So appreciative of the fact that they offer gluten free and take precautions for those with an allergy! I know it’s added work for them but it makes such a difference! Thank you!!! Also the team tonight was very nice, someone seemed to be in training and they were doing an awesome job training him and keeping my food safe.

The only reason for my low score on the food, I ordered a BLT and they only placed 3-4 strips of bacon in my sandwich. Very little taste of the bacon. My wife's bread crust was a little hard, she was okay with it. This has been the only experience like this that I have encountered at this location. They have always been great with making our sandwich. It's our favorite location.

I’ve ordered both take out and dine in from this restaurant since becoming a local resident back in April 2025. The staff here has always been disrespectful and rude. I let it slide the first few times thinking maybe they had an off week but this has been a continuous cycle. I just don’t understand why it’s so hard to be nice to your customers. I always say thank you and smile but get the same harsh attitude. Do better people.

Was told amazing things about Jersey Mike's. As a Jimmy's guy, I figured I should at least give it a chance. Ordered a 43. Should have gotten a cheese steak sub with peppers, onions, and chipotle mayo. Must have confused my order with someone else's because there's no meat on this thing, just mushrooms. Very unfortunate. Won't be returning.

The guy who took my order hyped up JM, and said I would never go back to Jimmy's. Was hoping to enjoy the hype my friends were describing. Spent like 30$ too. Was sooo down for it to be soooo good. I was ready.

Wow. First time going into this place and wow what a horrible experience. Heavyset lady with glasses doing the bread and cheese had such a poor attitude. Very condescending as well, considering I’ve never ordered from this place before. If you don’t like your job quit. I will never walk into a Jersey Mike’s ever again. I’d rather eat the crap Taco Bell serves 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

The eye Rolling, huffing and puffing, and condescending remarks resulted in me walking out without ordering.

I truly feel bad for the kids in there that actually enjoy working.

Never got to eat. there were three people there, only 1 was working, the other 2 were standing around doing nothing so I said never mind, I'm leaving. The wait was going to be excruciating even with only 2 customers there. they even got my order wrong. So as I was walking out the girl made a snarky comment at me... definitely won't be going back

Jersey Mikes is my favorite sandwich place but the today was different normally I’d give y’all a 5 star across the board. But when I went in the guy making my sandwich wouldn’t stop flirting with these girls that came in, he just gave me a bad attitude when I told them I was ready to checkout like I was bothering him. I ordered the Italian mikes way there was barely in meat on the sandwich defiantly not as much as I’ve gotten in the past. I still love Jerseys Mikes I just had to share this bad experience May 22, 2025 4 pm.

The food is very good.
