Jersey Mikes is my favorite sandwich place but the today was different normally I’d give y’all a 5 star across the board. But when I went in the guy making my sandwich wouldn’t stop flirting with these girls that came in, he just gave me a bad attitude when I told them I was ready to checkout like I was bothering him. I ordered the Italian mikes way there was barely in meat on the sandwich defiantly not as much as I’ve gotten in the past. I still love Jerseys Mikes I just had to share this bad experience May 22, 2025 4 pm.

Our Philly and italian subs were awesome with lots of meat. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Great place.

Tiffany went above and beyond to fix a mixup we had with a delivery. She was responsive, kind and quick. Great location!

Bought a sandwich 6 months ago that had a big wad of paper cooked into it. The store lies about calling you to fix it. Contacted corporate for a refund and 6 months later I still haven't gotten my money.

Great place for lunch if you like eating stuff that isn't food.

I couldn't have been having a worse day, and then I ordered my sandwich wrong. I came back in and upon realizing It was my mistake not there's, Issac still remade my sandwich for me.
He treated me like a human, provided me a moment of ever needed grace. Thank you forbthe excellent service Issac.

Best sub sandwich by far!

I frequent this location often, sometimes a couple times a week. I appreciate the consistent portions and quality, clean interior, and how quick they get everyone in and out.

What really keeps me coming back to this location so consistently though is how kind and awesome the staff are! Every single person who works at this store is so great. I’ve visited when it’s busy on a Saturday afternoon or late at night on a weekday before closing time and it is always the same level of friendly and helpful service. Much appreciated!

$12 for a 8 inch original Italian. What?! Then I unwrap the thing to go and eat it only to discover that there was basically no meat on half of my sandwich. The bulk of the sandwich was made up of the bread and all the lettuce they put on when they offer to have it “Mikes way”.

This is absolutely ridiculous man. The service is terrible, food is mediocre at best, and the cost is astronomical when you consider what it is you’re getting.

And the cherry on top… these people have the nerve to ask for a tip!

Was trying this restaurant chain for the first time and received awful customer service!! I happened to order the same thing as my friend in front of me and when I told the worker my order she said “you need to speak up next time do you not understand I have to slice that all again”. You have to slice it every time anyway!! And what if the person behind me also wanted the same thing, are you going to be rude to them too? Cannot believe I was spoken to by an employee like that. I had never been to this establishment and did not understand that maybe it would’ve been easier for her if I had said something. Please just tell me nicely! Your employees can definitely do better!!!!!
