This place has a bad reputation of being uncleanly and leave a lot to be desired. My order is wrong most of the time, but it's unfortunately the closest mcdonalds to my house. I got there an hour before they closed and I double checked my bag one time since my order is usually wrong and the lady at the second windows was rushing me and telling me everything was made correctly. I didn't say anything because I knew it was late and she probably didn't want to be there. I work in food service too, but I never rush people or expect to be right all the time. Very unprofessional. I don't care if its just mcdonalds. They make more hourly than I do and for what? To treat their customers like trash. The order was wrong too and I didn't notice till I got home. This place has a history of bugs in their burgers. Im honestly not going to wait for that to happen to me.

This place is disgusting. The fries had mold when I took a bite and realized it didn’t taste good . It had a reeky smell to it , I spit it out and saw a black mold spot on it . I got suspicious and took a whiff of smell of my double quarter pounder and the smell coming from it was unbareable. This place needs a better management, I lost my appetite and will never stop at this McDonalds after that experience. The coke soda tasted more like sparkly water than an actual soda. If I could give it a 0 stars I definitely would’ve .

I ordered 40 nuggets and six sauces at 6:08 PM and I didn’t receive my food until 625. Now I know that the Nuggets only take a couple minutes to heat up and there was busy so I would’ve expected it to take roughly 5 to 6 minutes. No, it did not. I also talked to a couple of the other customers in the restaurant. A lot of them were missing food or waiting for a long period of time more so than what McDonald’s has promised in the past I’m mostly unhappy with how long it took to get my food And how the atmosphere was not fun because all of the other customers were also angry. Not to mention, I don’t think they were keeping track of everything very well because I came inside and asked what the status of it was and the worker looked at me and said oh that’s your order? Give me a second while he did get it back to me pretty quick I’m still unhappy.
