Finest McDondald's in all the land! Hot and fresh. Gotta love rich people Micky-D's. They even give out free double cheeseburgers many days. My 2nd in a week. Free when Rockies hit a dou'ble. 20 so far this year Unbelievable, last place I lived it was difficult to get ketchup. If it weren't for them and Walmart, normal people would starve around here. lol!

This has to have been the worst experience! On my way to work I stopped in, used my app to place my order, show up in the drive thru read my code, and I’m sent to stall 3. I see the worker come out with every order except mine and she asked what I am waiting on. I tell her. She goes in comes out and says they don’t have my order. Then asks me I’m sure I’m at the right location (the app sets the location) then show her, she goes in again and comes back out and says it’s not there. Then she said I shouldn’t have just parked, which I didn’t I went to the drive thru first! Then proceeded to say they don’t have my order and questioned if I paid. I show her everything on my phone because clearly if I get a code I paid! Then she goes in again and comes back out with a notepad and paper to retake my order. This was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered especially first thing in the morning.

I got down to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper, went to the drive through to order and no one was at the speaker, made me park to wait for my order even though the store wasn’t busy, didn’t give me napkins with my order and forgot my drink, and when they did bring out my drink it was dripping and had no straw to drink it. To top it off here’s an uncooked fry from my order ? seriously it’s fast food how do you eff up this much?

Forget the Happy Meal; I came for the Happy Jacob. His order-taking skills are like a comedy show, and those hugs? They're the real secret sauce! Oh boy, am i lovin' it - alllll offfff itttttt.
Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes before we were told they could not take orders due to a computer failure. Then I was stuck for another 20 minutes because we were all trapped in the line. No help from the staff!!!!
