Check your order. They constantly get it wrong on the drive thru. We go regularly due to proximity and at least 50% of the time they get the order wrong. Check the bags as there will likely be a mistake

Quite possibly the best McDonald's Big Breakfast I've ever had. Great service, hot food delivery to my table, good coffee and was asked if I needed additional condiments. Clean and comfortable. (music was good too.)

So lazy that they won't bring the food to your table, after waiting 20 mins after ordering. Why even bother with table numbers if your going to make people pick up their food at the counter

Messed up my order which is whatever I get it i worked in fast food for years it happens. But it become unacceptable when no one answers a phone and when they do it's immediately just set down and left there. Trying to get a refund or get my order fixed but that's impossible I guess. What a waste of $$

I've had issues with this McDonald's more than once, this time I made my whole order 15+20 minutes in advance got there and was offered a wrong order and I let them know it wasn't my order, they asked me to pull forward and I had to wait another 20+ minutes at the window while they served 6-7 customers behind me before they got to me, then my order was wrong, I ask for extra bacon and no onion on my triple cheeseburger. I had one strip of bacon and onions on my burger. I will not be coming to this McDonald's ever again. I threw the burger out as they effectively ruined it, and the rest of my night. I couldn't even leave a customer complaint because they didn't give me my receipt either, easily the worst experience I've had ordering from McDonald's yet . I didn't have time to wait for them to correct anything because I have to be up early the next morning and had to go home, and can't wait another 20+ minutes for another wrong order. Also as someone who also works as a manager in food service it's really not worth my time to complain as I doubt it will have any effect of the service of the night staff based on how they run the store and I would recommend completely avoiding this location and just driving a few miles extra to the McDonald's on 287 because they actually do a good job and give good service, this place isn't worth your time or mine.

I went at 9:45 PM which usually isn't too late and I had ordered a large big mac meal with 3 cookies. I don't consider this to be a large order but I guess it ended up being difficult to put together. I recieved my order after a short wait and I checked it to be sure. My drink was a small instead of a large. I also checked my fries and burger and they both were cold. I went back around to see if they could trade in my small drink for a large one and thankfully they did but I didn't want to be a nuisance and have them remake my food. I went back in my car and checked my order one more time. I opened up my cookies bag, and I ordered 3 cookies but only found 1, at that point I just decided to leave. I just wish more effort and care was put into my order.
Edit* I once again tried to give them a chance. I work really mornings and today 9/13 I used the mobile app to order ahead only to be told they can't put anything in the system when I got there at 3:50am. So this time I didn't even get the food that I ordered at 3:40.
Every time I order early morning(my job requires it) there's something wrong. I'm starting to think that they stop making new fries after 3:00 a.m.. every time I go I get old cold fries, and today I got half a box. If it wasn't for the fact that this location is on my way to work, I would never stop here again.
