My pizza came out nice when I look at it. Great customer service but unfortunately…I found a small piece of paper towel baked into my pizza. I tossed it out too gross to take a photo of. I think with proper inspection and a little more care this location would be great ??Thanks!

This is my first review ever. I was so frustrated I had to post. After an hour waiting for my pizza without warning they canceled the order. They said I was out of the delivery area. If I’m out of the delivery area that should be caught right away and then notify me not wait an hour and then cancel the order. Additionally, I’ve ordered from this location many times, and I wasn’t out of the delivery area then. when I called, they did not offer to give me anything other than a refund. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time time to find another go-to for delivery.

Knowing it would take an hour to receive my order, I ordered well ahead of time. Two hours after I placed the order, I still hadn't received my order. I was told the order was "received " but not by me. They said they would make a new one, and though this was their error, I would receive my order in another hour. They didn't even offer to expedite it. I understand it can get busy but some communication would've been nice so I can make other dinner arrangements. Poor customer service. :/

I stopped ordering because the pizza tasted like cardboard. However I decided to try the Shaq a roni and I must say I was very pleased with the taste. I will definitely be ordering pizza from papa Johns again. Thank

Ordered their veggie pizza for take-out. They forgot the green peppers entirely and (bizarrely) loaded the pizza up on black olives, so olives were the dominant flavor.This place is convenient for us, but we'll drive further next time for a decent pizza.

If your looking for the best place to get the worse pizza then you found it here! Pumkin shaped pizza for Halloween....my kiddos were disappointed and the real scary thing will be happening later tonight on the toilet!! RUN AWAY KIDS!!!

Worst papa johns ever. Something was off/funny with the pizza dough. The pizza dough had an off putting taste and texture. Staff was friendly and made the pizza fast. I would have given this place 1 star, but the staff was friendly and polite.
I think the lady in there today was working by herself as she made my order extremely hard worker and very nice the store was nice and clean as well

Sage cancelled my pizza, because my $20 bill was too short. So I went and got a coutnerfun pen from 7-11 and proved it was real. And but the time I did so he cancelled my order. So I don't know how that pizza tastes.

My brother forgot to add on wings. I have called a dozen times, and I can’t get ahold of the store let alone get ahold of the manager to add wings onto the delivery. I call them get immediately hung up on. Poor service=poor review. Be better.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered 2 pizzas and some wings. Online, it said that it would be approx. 30 minutes. I waited an hour. I called just to check on my order and got hung up on. I finally got my order and one of my pizzas was wrong and it had a piece of hair baked in the cheese!!! I called back and they offered to send me a new pizza and when I asked for a refund the guy got an attitude. Worst experience ever!
