This Papa Murphy's in Erie is always on point with their pizzas and provides great customer service. Their completion/pickup times are usually earlier than quoted. The staff, and store manager, are always very nice and attentive, and offer a kind greeting every time I walk into the store.Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten allergy so their GF crust is good. Letting it sit a while in the fridge before baking (if you have time) allows for a better crust.

Normally, I love Papa Murphy’s pizza, especially the thin crust. Today I ordered Papa Murphy’s big stuffed crust pizza. It was horrendously big. Very difficult to cook and had way too much crust. Doesn’t look anything like the pictures in the advertisement the pizza itself was 2 inches thick. The ingredients are good. However, this type of pizza just wasn’t for my liking and I Love Pizza!!

I feel compelled to write a review in support of this Papa Murphy's location. We ordered four to seven pizzas a week from the Erie location and the orders are always ready on time and with high quality.This year, when Halloween landed on their Tuesday special, it was clear that the app system had no way to throttle orders and the orders completely overwhelmed this location. When I arrived at 4 pm the line was out the door. There could not have been more people working. Every staff member was racing to try to help people as best they could. Amazingly, the staff remained positive and helpful in the face of an astounding amount of entitlement from many of the customers in the room. I was watching them come up with creative solutions to organize orders and help people out. It was really impressive.The Papa Murphy's app should be able to prevent a single location from being completely overwhelmed with orders. There is a physical limit to the number of pizzas that a group of people can make in a single building. I'm confident this team made that many pizzas and probably a few more.I look forward to continuing to support this location for many years to come.

Normally Papa Murphy’s is our go to pizza place. We have been doing online orders and I stop and pick them up on my way home. Tonight, Oct 31st, I stopped to pick up my pizzas that I ordered at 7:30 this morning and the line to check in for online orders was out the door, into the parking lot, almost sticking out into traffic. And, even though my order was tagged as complete in the app for my 4:00 pickup, when I arrived at 4:30 to pick it up, the pizzas weren’t even made!!The whole point of online orders, especially on a super busy night like Halloween, is to get people in and out of your location fast. This was completely ridiculous and was not what I have come to expect from this Papa Murphy’s location. In the past, they had racks for the online orders and it was literally no waiting. Very poorly done for a location that has been around for many Halloweens.

Super disappointed. Papa Murphys is always the go to, but after tonights service it might not be. I ordered 3 pizzas at 3:20pm for pickup at 5pm. Didn't leave the stores with the pizzas until 5:37pm. No offer to make it up or take a salad or here's some cookie dough, but a "we got busy". I've worked in my different industries including food. If I was 37 minutes late with the customer in store waiting I would have offered literally anything I could. I get it places get busy. 9/10 the employees are so kind and friendly but tonight was the 1. The one that leaves the lasting impression.

Have gotten 2 pizza's so far after patronizing the now closed PM store on Iris in Boulder for years. The toppings are about half of what they should be, and concentrated in the center. The outer 2 inches were empty. Very much a disappointment.
