Chicken pho was delicious! I would consider us “well-seasoned Pho eaters” who have tried many different restaurants and Pho Ever is the top contender! Broth is great, enough noodles, chicken and broth to have enough leftovers for a second meal. Only complaint is the Coconut Shrimp, although tasty, is a little pricey ($8.75) for 4 little shrimps.
We will be back for Pho!

Some of the best pho around. The broth is rich and has actual depth to it. The beef and tendon was tender and flavorful. I'm a major pho snob, and this place meets my high bar. Will be going here a LOT more.

Excellent food! Healthy spot in Erie with a wide menu selection of Pho and rice dishes. The meat here is amazing! The servers are so nice. We'll definitely be back.

Ordered the rare steak pho, my meat was red in the center and gray on the outsides. Not fresh at all. I had to throw it out. Upon calling the restaurant I was told the owner wasn't in and to call later. I called later and the owner had just stepped out again. I left my phone number to be contacted and still my call has not been returned a week later. Would not recommend this establishment.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had as a vegetarian. To start off, the 'vegetarian/vegan' menu is filled with only impossible meats - I didn't even realize a 'vegan fish sauce' existed. We ordered the Vegetarian Pho, a Thai Iced Tea, and a Tofu sandwich that the menu specifically listed to have only vegetables/vegetarian friendly sauces as extra ingredients in the sandwich itself along with the tofu. Keep in mind that we did tell the staff beforehand we were vegetarian. The Pho was alright, and the Thai Iced Tea was horrible, but the Tofu Sandwich was outrageous. We realized that the sandwich had an extra ingredient that was not mentioned on the menu and asked what it was. The staff did not understand what we were talking about until 5 minutes later of repeating the same exact question where we learned it was some sort of 'animal paste' that was clearly NOT vegetarian and NOT mentioned on the menu. We then asked if it could be remade without only the paste, but yet again the staff did not even understand that, which led to another 5 minutes of clarifying that we just wanted the same tofu sandwich without said 'animal paste'. In the end, we just got dry bread with tofu, carrots, and bean sprouts. We lost our appetite at that point and had our lunch ruined. PLEASE visit Pho Cafe instead in Lafayette, it's not far at all and their food, along with their staff knowing what dietary restrictions are, is way better than whatever this place has.
Vegetarian options: Awful vegetarian options, beware!

Came in on a Monday evening and the food was excellent! We had the udon seafood soup - definitely the star of the show. Wings were solid with a good Satay sauce. Bahn Mi sandwich was above average. Good, friendly service. We’ll definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of visiting Erie on the 3rd of July to witness the magnificent fireworks display. While we had initially planned to dine at one of the food trucks at the event, the exceptionally long lines deterred us from doing so. Fortunately, I stumbled upon a delightful pho restaurant, where the amiable lady outside kindly convinced me to come in and enjoy a meal.
Although most of the dishes I ordered were truly delectable, I must admit that the shrimp fried rice fell short of my expectations. While the rice itself was perfectly cooked, the shrimp had an unusual texture and an unappetizing flavor. They tasted unnaturally artificial, akin to imitation crab but significantly inferior.
On the other hand, the tofu spring rolls were absolutely delicious, and the chicken wings were equally delightful.
