This place is a Jem. Best pho I've had since I have been to Vietnam. The owner is from Saigon and although she might not give off the friendly vibe, she's super nice. She speaks very broken English, but what she lacks in linguistics she makes up with her Pho recipe. The broth is to die for. Both my kids loved, and my wife agreed that is was best pho we've had since Saigon. Since trying Phoever 3 weeks ago we've either eaten there or ordered in 4 times. Thank you for bringing such an incredible taste of Vietnam to Erie!

I’ve eaten here about 25 times as I live in Erie. For the first 10-15 times I just had the Pho - which was solid. The last 10 or so times I’ve had the Vegan Beef Curry and it’s amazing. Just spicy enough and exploding with flavor. So give their non Pho options a try.
The atmosphere is very casual. An older Vietnamese couple runs the restaurant and I always enjoy chatting with them. Exactly what you want from a family run restaurant.

Pho-Ever in Erie, Colorado, was a delightful surprise and easily one of the best local dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Tucked into a quiet shopping area, it manages to feel like a hidden gem—calm, clean, and surprisingly upscale for a pho spot. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance stood out. It’s modern, well-decorated, and peaceful—perfect for a relaxed meal whether you're solo, on a date, or with family.
The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing, and the menu had a great variety of classic Vietnamese dishes alongside some creative twists. I ordered the traditional pho, and it was excellent—rich, fragrant broth, tender slices of meat, and super fresh herbs. You could tell the ingredients were high quality and carefully prepared. My guests tried a few of the rice and noodle dishes, and each one was flavorful and beautifully plated.
What really set Pho-Ever apart for me was the balance it struck—elevated dining with casual pricing. It feels like a place you could take someone for a nice night out but also pop into for a casual lunch. All around, it was a great experience. Quiet, classy, and delicious. I highly recommend Pho-Ever and will definitely be returning.

Food: I had the beef vermicelli bowl. I really enjoyed the beef, it was tender, and not chewy. It was seasoned nicely, and had a good flavor. Some bits had like a char taste to them which I liked. The house sauce I wasn’t crazy about, usually I like vermicelli bowls with a sweeter sauce, but this was salty. It was a little spicy too, because it had chili in it.
Service: Our server was very blunt with us, but the food came out fast. Within about 5 minutes.
Atmosphere: I liked the dim lights, and black painted walls. The natural light coming in from the outside was pleasant, and they played chill, laid-back music.
Overall: Not the best Vietnamese place I’ve been to, but relatively good. Reasonable prices as well.
Authentic Vietnamese pho, delicious and good price, staffs are friendly and helpful.

I was extremely impressed with the Won Ton Soup, I have too many Asian Restaurants and have never had the soup so flavorful and the wontons so fresh. I immensely enjoyed the scallop appetizer with my soup again, great flavors and fresh.
