I stopped by to get the $3 coffee, and when I asked the barista if they are doing the promotion, he had no idea, and he seemed mad. So, when I got to the window, he didn’t tell me how much my bill, he just scanned my app. While I was waiting for my coffee I saw him doing something else, and he looked so upset. When someone else gave me my coffee, and I was leaving, he was closing the window, and had a really bad upset face. Dude, if your attitude will be like that, don’t even work at any store where you have to show your face and talk to people. I liked going to this location because they opened early, otherwise I will not go there if I will be treated like that.

I asked for room for cream in my drip coffee and got cream added to it. There is no sugar and cream station so you have to ask for everything. Very poor.

I don’t like the way I get treated at this Starbucks I feel like I’m never welcomed when I come in. Always feel like crap walking out with my coffee, I work near by and sometime hesitate to get my morning coffee.

I would have given this location five stars as I've done before. This location is one of two drive-thru locations that I regularly visit on the way to work, running errands, or on the way home. I order the SAME drink EVERY time, my go-to drink out of habit and because it's my favorite. I know most people working at this location until recently. The last multiple times through the drive-thru have been a disaster... with new employees?? They attempted to hand me the wrong drink or order, added additional different syrups into my drink I never asked for, or the drink itself tasting and looking like something totally different than what I'm used to. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Hence, I'm giving only one star now after being patient long enough. I hope this location returns to demonstrating excellence as once before, and very soon or customers will start going elsewhere.

They gave me the wrong drink I ordered two drinks they gave me one that was right and the second one was for the car that was behind me. I just don’t understand what is so hard about making sure the right drinks go to the right cars. I didn’t have to time correct them on their mistake and just had to leave.

Staff are very nice and store looks great. Annoying beeping driving customers and staff crazy in the past few weeks though. Not normal for this location. Maybe try doing something about that and take care of your employees and customers?
