Staff are very nice and store looks great. Annoying beeping driving customers and staff crazy in the past few weeks though. Not normal for this location. Maybe try doing something about that and take care of your employees and customers?

THERESA! TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO MAKE A COFFEE FRAP WITH RISTRETTO SHOTS!! It’s not that hard! My son’s passion tea with lemonade was also wrong. REPEATEDLY, this Starbucks makes drinks incorrectly. When you have to Karen out on them and ask them to make it again, they make it wrong again. Maybe it’s not the workers fault, but really poor training for the employees. Do yourself a favor and go 1 mile down the street to the next Starbucks where they have way more job knowledge. I try to always be kind to service workers, but it’s pretty difficult when it’s an on going issue.

Went in on a weekend midday, wanted a strong black coffee. They only had Pikes Place on tap (which is weak). So, I asked for a pour over and was told they could not do it because they don't have any open bags of strong coffee at the moment. So the question is....how is it that Starbucks 'coffee' only has one coffee on tap? 7-11 has more coffee options and they're not even a coffee shop.

UPDATE 11:30am! I just got one coffee that took 40 minutes. The SB Erie Team is working their butts off behind the counter, but are very backlogged. I suggest going elsewhere to help them catch-up. Happy Thanksgiving!11:15am! As of right now, it’s taken 25 minutes to get our coffee. Crazy busy inside for the TG Holiday!! Better luck in the drive thru or mobile ordering.Typically great every day other than right now!!!
There's a different Starbucks less than a mile from this location and I would recommend going there. This is how full my "venti" coffee was as they handed it to me. The drinks are expensive enough, I expect to receive a "venti" when I pay for a "venti" size.

Got there a good 30 minutes before close, there was a customer in the lobby. First we went through the drive through and was ignored. Confused, we went to the window and the young blond barista looked at us twice and ignored us. We went around, confirmed the close time and the customer eating in the lobby. Went back around and she tried to ignore us again until we started speaking into the mic. Only then did she say that they were closed?? Rude service and misleading hours of operations. Tired of service like this.q

The staff is SO nice here. The woman who works in register in the morning always has the sweetest greeting. Today i finally caved and got he starbucks app so I could order ahead and I accidently sent it to the wrong location but didn't realize til I went to pick it up. Myke the manager saw the mistake and was quick to still prepare my order for me, free of charge and with a smile on his face. They are quick and pleasant.

What amazing people here, my daughter spilled her steamer and before I could even say anything they were out to help with towels and a new drink for her. Seriously so sweet!

I love the atmosphere inside and I ordered a peppermint mocha and it came out fantastic. A nice place to chill out as well and relax. I recommend getting an Iced Peppermint Mocha, it's sweet yet rich and I'm sure you'll enjoy it too. Shout out to Johnny and Mia for making my last experience awesome!
