We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was unwelcoming and slow — it took quite a while just to get anyone’s attention. When we ordered sodas for our kids instead of just water, the staff seemed visibly annoyed, which made us feel uncomfortable. On top of that, the water they brought us tasted strongly of chlorine.
After waiting and experiencing such poor service, we decided it was best to leave after receiving our drinks. When we asked to pay for the sodas, they told us we could just go, which we appreciated — but it doesn’t make up for how uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire experience felt. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Rented the upstairs for a party. Great for about 80 people. Staff was fantastic with assisting on what hors d'oeuvres and snacks to order. Outside patio area is amazing BUT there is NO handicap access to this upstairs area. I had to uninvited a friend at the last minute!

Easiest one star I’ve ever written. Showed up at 8:10 for a beer to a locked door. Signs outside say OPEN, hours on the door say 9PM close. I knocked and a young man comes from behind the bar to open the door just long enough to inform me “we’re closing early tonight”. Good luck dude.

Very poor customer service, ordered food at lunch from work, picked up food and it was hair in food we ( my other two coworkers) tried to called them at least 3 hours left message, never received call back or no answer.. will never go back to this place will not recommend to anyone…

Extremely disappointed! I recently visited this place in the afternoon excited to try the burgers I had heard so much about. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from the start. When my husband and I arrived, the servers completely ignored us. Instead of greeting or seating us, they stood around talking to each other, showing zero urgency or professionalism. After what felt like a long wait, we were finally acknowledged by the server with her (scary poorly done makeup you’ll know who I mean) she looked irritated and made us feel like we were a burden rather than valued customers. but not with a smile or welcome. She looked irritated and uninterested in being there. The food itself was another letdown. It was cold, cheaply made, and definitely overpriced for the quality. You can tell the owners have no passion in the kitchen it felt like they were just going through the motions. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was frustrating and disappointing. If management truly cares about their reputation, I hope they take this feedback seriously and make much needed improvements in service, food quality, and OVERALL customer experience.

We did takeout here and it was awful. The fries were freezing cold and had no seasonings whatsoever. We ordered the burger medium and it was almost burnt. The chicken sandwich was a tiny piece of chicken with one tomato and one piece of onion. The only good thing was the food came out quick and the caesar salad was decent. Definitely not worth the 35 dollars:(((

It was a very pleasant experience dining out with my family. We have young kids so it’s not easy to dine out much. Delicious food and enough to save some for later. The service was great as well. Would definitely recommend!

Mixed review. We had to ask for both napkins and utensils. There was a hair in my wife's burger. The manager showed concern and they made a new burger and comped it. We appreciated that. And all staff we encountered were very friendly.

Was told that the food was all homemade hostess. It's not. Saw them walk by with a bag of Tyson frozen chicken tenders. The Mac and cheese is Kraft and their fruit cup for kids is a plastic fruit cup of mandarin oranges you buy at the grocery store.
