I don’t know when they changed the way they serve but if I had to rate it months ago I would rate it a 5. We loved our server . He was super nice and even serviced our dog . But now you sit down at a dirty table and scan a bar code to place a order and pay . Mind you you also tip . No one ever comes to your table except to drop off pizza . We had to bus our own table before sitting down , my husband wanted a beer and had to go up to the bar to get one . And then when the lady dropped off the pizzas she asked do you need anything ? Of corse we need something we had no napkins , silverware , red pepper or Parmesan cheese . And to top it all off if you do need anything in the minutes to follow you need to go up to the bar your self and even then no one will even look at you so you can ask for dressing , more soda , nothing . Besides the great taste of the food , if you want service you will prob have more contact w a drive through at Wendy’s .

Way OVER-PRICED ! $122 with tip for 2 individual pizzas, a garden salad, and four drinks. Erie is not a Mecca for anything and the competition was just around the corner. waitstaff wasn’t friendly at all and the bartender wouldn’t stop talking to the waitress when I approached. Simple a poor experience and COSTLY. I know that wages are up and cost of goods has increased but … really. Can’ recommend.

Echo has the best pizza around and the beer isn't bad either! We love hanging out on the patio year-round. Friendly staff, local favorite.
