Good god! When are they going to retrain their employees.
I thought I'd stop by and try this location again, after about a year in hopes that the attitudes have changed, but no. Still the same young kids working there. Maybe hire some older people that have some life experience, and know how to treat people, yes?

I’m so impressed! The little Mexican asain girl at the window was an absolute sweetheart and so friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better while helping me sign up for rewards. My “Ridin’ Dirty” drink was to die for, and my bagel was heated to straight-up perfection. 10/10, obsessed, would 100% recommend this gem!

Friendly staff and variety of beverages: what more could you want?

A bit frustrating... While the staff is nice enough, I think they need to work on some training. I usually make my own espresso drinks but was in a bit of a rush and used the drive through to get a Cortado.

They handed me a full cup which I thought was weird since a Cortado is equal parts espresso and steamed milk, so typically it's a total of 4oz of liquid.

I brought it in and was told that I was wrong, and I should have asked for a Cafe Ole.. which is incorrect but not a big deal. They remade the coffee which took another 5 min or so and then gave me another Cortado made wrong... I threw it out since both drinks basically tasted like milk with a slight coffee flavor.

Overall, a poor experience and considering how expensive it is to get coffee out vs making it at home, I'd expect a coffee shop to know how to make coffee drinks correctly. You're better off going to Cristos coffee where they know how to make a Cortado.

I love Ziggy's but this location had literally non existent customer interactions. Two cars in drive dru so I decided to go in and pick up my order. One girl is running drive thru, and two other people are making drinks. Not a single person even made eye contact with me. I was the only person at the counter. Even when giving my drink they had zero eye contact or anything. They set it and turned away, I had to inquire about the remainder of the order. I could almost expect that if they were busy but three employees and two cars in drive thru do not equal busy I have worked in the industry. Very disappointed.

SIX EMPLOYEES - can't seem to pass the orders right. Ordered 2 drinks 2 bagels, my mistake for catching on they didn't pass the 2nd drink while waiting for bagels. Then drove back, entered in-store and wasnt acknowledged with four staff hanging out. Once ive mention i may have forgotten a caramel macchiano this guy just hand me the drink wihtout an apology or a simple look of mistake. I take full responsibility but can your team of six members take a second to recognize it may have been your part as well while waiting for a bagel to hand my drinks? Hope this place get better since my wife likes the green tea latte......

The Drive thru cashier took my card that everyone touches. Then handed me the iPad that everyone touches. Then handed me an unwrapped straw... These employees need some training on safe food practices before I will be returning.

This Ziggi's has become intolerable. My wife and I visit a few different coffee shops in the area weekly when we come down the mountain. We recently encountered two younger women behind the counter giggling and glaring at an older lady with a special needs teenager. That's inexcusable! My wife was so upset she wanted to confront the two, but I talked her out of it. This is not the first time we witnessed inappropriate behavior from employees there. What is wrong with people?

Sour burnt coffee taste.
Coffee shops in Erie are the worst tasting.

I love Ziggis! This location is wonderful. The staff is always so friendly.

My advice: get the spicy frozen chai, but with skim milk instead of the default half and half. The best frozen chai I've ever had!

Early this morning I picked up a coffee order for a large group of people that I had placed yesterday. The order was ready on time; the coffee was delicious and all necessary extras, such as cream, sugar, cups etc., were supplied. A staff member even helped my carry these items to my car. Excellent service all around.

I don’t stop here often, when I want I will go to you. it is hard to come back. I ordered few times, the drink was toooo sugary. Pumpkin spice latte, matcha latte were too sweet. If I am comparing to starbucks, I will like starbucks better.
The staffs were very nice, friendly.
