Waited 30 minutes for server to take order. We asked another server for assistance after 20 minutes. Unfortunately just had to leave. Ruined our evening.

Pretty bizarre start. The guy who sat us was rude and suspicious from the moment he saw us. Idk if it was the way we were dressed but we were on a motorcycle if that says anything. He says to pick a seat on the patio so I asked if there was a spot they’d prefer and he was rude about that too even though his explanation that yes they do have a preference was exactly why I asked. 🙄 The married couple who sat next to us shortly after left quickly, seemed like they’d be a delight at parties and would probably get along really well with the first guy.

Keep in mind that the restrooms are outside of the restaurant and downstairs from the main lobby. A bit of a hike to get there. lol.

Apparently there was some argument over who would get the short straw and take care of us until this absolute OG server came in and handled business. The other servers look like they hate their lives. 😬

Ours was a true delight though and very good at his job. Completely made up for his co-workers’ shenanigans. His service is impeccable. I didn’t catch his name but he’s a silver fox! 😍

We didn’t have any issues with the wine selection being unavailable, as other reviewers stated, but we did both choose US wines just by chance. I don’t know if that matters.

Food was awesome. We demolished the charcuterie board or plate. Whatever the smaller one is called on the menu. It was a struggle to finish between 2 people but we did it. Haha. Probably one of the best charcuterie I’ve ever had tbh. 👍 👍

The cheesecake is delicious perfection. Holy smokes. So good. Definitely do not skip if you like cheesecake and cherries.

I’ll be back for sure!

Arrived to an empty venue. Asked for a glass of French wine on their menu which they did not have, then another French wine again they did not have. Finally, the third ask of a glass of French they had. Each of these glasses ranged from 25-30 a glass. The server refused to give us wine in glasses saying plastic was required. After making it clear it’s a wine bar(??) they accommodated however no other couple that was served was given plastic - awful experience knowing I was buying the top price glass of wine. Poor, clear bias service - disappointing. If you order French wine at that price a glass, that should send a message.

gorgeous wine bar in the Stanley. definitely recommend the charcuterie. we tried the charc attack, came out with 3 levels, tons of fruit, olives and veggies! was perfect for a party of 4. the cocktails were also very good, I recommend the luxardo limenchello spritz

The server from Georgia was very unpleasant. Servers should make your experience better, not worse. I intended to spend much more than I did, but her attitude was repulsive. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. Unfortunately, she will end up costing a lot of business

Great wine bar! A little pricey, but the wines were delicious!

Beautiful ambiance, great seltzers, and wine selection! Gloria (I believe) was our server and did an incredible job!

We love this wine bar, but just be aware it can be a little pricy. Their charcuterie boards are my favorite in Estes Park (the Charc Bite can feed four easily) and are sooo good! If you order the 217 wine ($120 a bottle) you can decorate the bottle and be immortalized in the Stanley as the bottle is displayed on shelf’s in the wine bar. The atmosphere is great and they have live music on some nights. If you’re not a wine lover you can order local beers. Huge fan of the 217 and the Cabernet!

RUDE. i came in for valentines with my daughter and instead of giving us a menu they said rudely “you can’t sit in here if you don’t order anything” then i mentioned how we hadn’t even been offered a menu yet so why would she say that to us (twice may i add) can’t believe it, been staying here for week. worst experience ever, will tell everyone i can not to visit there.

Walked in all dressed up with my daughter and for some reason they told us “you can’t be in here if you don’t buy anything” hadn’t even handed us a menu yet. we’ve been staying here for a week and i haven’t had anyone here treat us like that, appalled to say the least.

we will never ever be back.

Nice bar with beautiful view. The cheese board was huge for two people though!

This wine bar, located in The Stanley Hotel, is fantastic. It offers plenty of seating with spectacular views that enhance the experience. We ordered a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon along with a charcuterie board, and both were excellent. The staff was amazing making our visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely return for another great evening!

Great atmosphere there are some charcuterie options, decent wine options, and yummy wine cocktails. There are two outdoor areas so if it's nice weather take advantage of those views. This is separate from the hotel bar and restaurant, so you can't get those signature cocktails. This area is also 21 and up only, keep in mind if you have kids.

Fantastic location on the front patio of the Stanley with spectacular mountain views! Although, it has changed some since last year, and not for the better. They don't offer beer anymore, only extremely overpriced wine (at least $18/glass). It was easy to find a seat, but service was so slow. It took at least 10 mins for someone to take our order, then we never heard from them again after the drinks came. We waited and waited but eventually had to leave for a reservation and just went inside to the bar to pay.

Asked for 5 different wines they had on their wine menu. They had none of them! Then the bartender was defensive and rude. The setting is spectacular. It’s a shame the same cannot be said for the selection or the service. Avoid!
