Workers are friendly, but slow. Drinks are incredible! Only con is the drinks and food are very overpriced…very good but sooo $$$$

The view is nice and the drinks are delicious. State-of-the-art facilities.

There was a bit of a line which made me think the place was really good. The drink was delicious not too sweet, which is how I like it. The staff was attentive and answered all my questions even though she was clearly busy.

Great service, great atmosphere, and clean inside. Unfortunately I didn’t like my drink at all (classic milk tea with boba). The boba had hard centers, suggesting they had been sitting out for a long time. I had asked for less sugar but it tasted like they just added a bunch of water to dilute the drink. My drink was essentially watered-down milk tea with stale, overly-sweet boba.

Granted, I do live in the Bay Area with plentiful spots for boba, but this was the worst boba I’ve ever had (and also was around $10 to boot). Maybe I ordered the wrong drink, but it seems to me that if the store brands their classic milk tea “Alteatude milk tea” then that drink would be the cornerstone of the shop. Would not return.

Deewa was amazing and kind. She made the best boba drink ever. Deewa had a new drink for their anniversary and she hit a home run. Way to go, Alteatude!!!

For three weeks in a row there has been no toilet tissue in both bathrooms. Just saying. Fix that and improve selection of items. I can give a 5

For some context, my partner and I are from the NorCal Bay Area and Los Angeles, respectively, so good tea and boba are very accessible where we live. It's always a treat when we're able to find great tea while traveling and Alteatude was exactly that for us! Throughout our trip, we tried four drinks: white peach oolong tea, jasmine green tea, mango passion fruit tea, and strawberry blossom fruit tea. They had a delicious, noticeable tea flavor which is exactly what we look for in our drinks. Drinks are a little pricier than they are back home but it's a premium I'm willing to pay for the convenience/location and quality of their drinks. Pro tip: bring a book to read and enjoy your tea right next to the creek in the back.

The drink itself was so good. I got a mango smoothie with boba and mango jelly and it was delicious, the consistency of the drink was great. The inside was clean and modern. The only reason for 4 stars is the price. It ended up being $10 with the boba and jelly for a 24oz smoothie. I would go back though despite the high price

Really delicious, well-made muffins and perfectly balanced, velvety "alpine creamsicle" smoothie. Pleasant atmosphere. Will be returning!!

Stopped in to see what this place had to offer and glad I did. I haven't had boba tea in quite some time and the caramel brulee boba hit the spot! Not overly sweet for me and the boba pearls were nice & warm, wish I had one of these near my home! Very good.
