I have been going here for years and I feel that the overall value has gone down. The prices have d gone up and the food quality has decreased. The amount and quantity of the fries with my burger were mediocre. I was seated at the bar and it took a while for anyone to notice I was finished with my meal and refill my water cup. It could be a one off?

We’re locals and came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Sadly, we weren’t given a drink menu or service while nearby tables were helped, so we left. I’m sure the food is excellent, but I hope management takes note, because creating a welcoming experience matters too.

The bison burger was actually juicy and tasty. Good beers on tap. Lots of vegetarian options. My wife really enjoyed the sweet potato gnocchi, although she usually likes neither sweet potatoes nor gnocchi.
Really enjoyed the food! For apps we had the bruschetta and a side of the asparagus, which was out of this world. My husband and I both had the veggie burger, one with a side of the sweet potato waffle fries and the other with the side salad. While the salad was just OK, the burgers were AWESOME - it felt like some genuine thought had gone into designing their veggie burger, and not just thrown an option on the menu just for the sake of having a vegetarian burger. The ambience was super warm and welcoming too.

During my Rocky Mountain Vacation, I went here as a party of two kids and two adults. We liked it so much that we went two days in row. Mind it, we are vegetarians. I ordered all veggies sides like Tapas! The flavors and seasonings were so mouthwarering. I very much enjoyed reading the history of the restaurant, a memorial of Bird & Jim from 1800s. Bird, who enjoyed herding cattles; and Jim, who's desperado tourist guide; they created the original sun deck in 1926. I loved the energy and ambiance of this charming shack🫶
