Best sandwich of all time. Don’t expect a “sandwich shop”. This is a high class, gourmet sandwich. Built with quality ingredients and made with love. A+

We LOVE the Bird’s Nest! The service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between laid-back, relaxed, and classy.

What truly sets this spot apart is the stunning mountain views through the large windows—giving it a unique and refreshing ambiance unlike any other coffee or bake shop.

On top of that, the food looked and smelled absolutely amazing! We Only got drinks this last time, but we’ll definitely be back for more.

The pizza was great- wow! Amazing gluten free crust and the carnivore pizza with the elk was so yummy. Beautiful seating upstairs and lots of options.
The workers just weren’t that friendly or engaging, which kind of made the experience more bleh. They seemed to not care what was going on.

Dietary restrictions: Both gluten free and dairy free pizza options

Somewhat pricey, food was average, and service wasn't very good. The parking lot is super small, but the inside of the building is pretty nice with large windows and modern mountain vibe. We didn't get to see the upstairs because there was an event and the downstairs is a little tight. The pizza was expensive and wasn't very good. The crust tasted like matzah. This seems like a good place for a pastry, some fresh juice or possibly smoothie, and maybe coffee, but don't recommend it for a hearty meal.

A very clean place to dine in. I really enjoyed the latte, clean ingredients in their vegetarian burrito. Their parfait was very fresh too. Recommended to make a stop!

Paid $27 for a 16oz juice and a turkey club sandwich, far too pricey in my opinion. The juice was good, and I would have liked the turkey club better without the lemon aioli. The atmosphere was good, I’d try it again but probably split a meal instead.

Coffee was very good. The yogurt parfait was watery and the fruit was mushy in a very questionable way. The ham and cheese croissant was acceptable but very light on the stuffings. Not a bad place but definitely was not worth the $30 paid.

Immaculate vibes here. Stopped in for a few hours of remote work and it was awesome watching the winter sunset over the mountains from the loft whilst sipping on a delicious, hot drink. Service is very friendly and the pizza and ciabatta bread were tasty. My new favorite spot in Estes.
