Good curry but unfortunately the mango sticky rice was not good , mango tasted musty
Was a bit hesistant at first BUT when we tried it... our server was fantastic! The dishes we ordered are flavorful!!! When you're craving Asian food after a long hike at the Rocky Mountain NP this place is a the way to go.

Disappointed in the size and blandness of a $15-$17 entree. The Vietnamese Noodle bowl and the garlic pepper chicken was 75% plain rice noodles/rice respectively. Little sauce and little taste. There was no peanuts on the Vietnamese Noodle bowl and some of the mixed lettuce was rotten. The Vietnamese summer roles were dry as well. They came with peanut sauce but no sauce in them. But the waitress was very sweet, responsive, and helpful.

The service Fola gave was just the right amount of attentive and letting me enjoy the delicious food. The yellow curry was filling and balanced flavor. Curry can easily overpower a dish, but not here. I'm excited to come back and enjoy their other gluten free options. The malbec was also not crazily expensive, and it went well with my dish.

This is a charming little place with good service that serves attractive food made with high-quality ingredients. The catch is that food isn't actually Vietnamese, or even Asian - it is the American version of Viet or Thai or Korean food. So if you order Bulgogi, what comes is a charming little beef bowl, where the rice is high quality and cooked properly, and the beef is without gristle and very toothsome. But it would be unrecognizable to a diner in Seoul. Same idea with the pho, which has all the right ingredients, but is in reality just a pleasant bowl of broth with nice noodles, etc. So the food is fine and very edible, but it isn't at what you might be expecting.

Horrible service, our dinner order took over an hour to get (I think waitstaff forgot to put the order in), sushi rolls were completely overpowered by fried onions on top, waitstaff was overwhelmed and under trained, was charged for a side of sauce that we never received, was charged a gratuity without knowing, went to pay and was met with very defensive manager/waitstaff, spent $300 for dinner and will never go back. Save your money and go to another restaurant. There are many good choices away from this place.

The beef pho is not authentic! I ordered brisket and beef but I could not tell the difference. The soup is not authentic pho soup either. I ordered a big size and my wife a medium size, the contents are the same. The bean sprouts are not fresh. Stay away if you want to have beef pho.

Glad this place exists... service is hit or miss, sometimes they'll charge you for sauce if you ask for some to put on the extremely dry and Americanized disaster they call papaya salad. Other than that though the food is pretty good. Estes Park is a very touristic town and with that comes along very overpriced underwhelming food tailored for droves of tourists. That being said Cafe de Pho~Thai is pretty fairly priced for decent quality.

As a Vietnamese, it is hard to find an Asian restaurant that tastes good but this restaurant exceeds my expectations. The service is great too.

Disappointing! We were excited to stop by when we saw that they offered vegetables and tofu pho. But it was not vegetarian, since it was made with chicken broth. Since we were already there, we ordered Vietnam summer roll with tofu, which we requested to be made vegan. It arrived with no tofu and with a non-vegan sauce (which they confirmed and immediately replaced). The rolls were filled with fresh veggies and were good. For entrees, we ordered tofu in garlic pepper sauce, which was tasty, but very small (8 pieces of bite-size tofu). And a drunken noodles with tofu. The noodles were very greasy and dry, and the tofu- completely tasteless. Over all, disappointing experience.

Love this place especially since you can choose mild, medium, or hot. The mild is very flavorful.

Very disappointing. After waiting 50 minutes for our food, the beef bulgogi wasn't bulgogi. It was stir-fried with no marinade, the egg was overcooked (it should be sunny), and you have to pay $2 to upgrade to white rice! My chicken pho was acceptable, but boring, and the meat was cut into small quarter-sized thick pieces instead of thin sliced. All that for $16 entrees? No thanks.
