Was a bit hesistant at first BUT when we tried it... our server was fantastic! The dishes we ordered are flavorful!!! When you're craving Asian food after a long hike at the Rocky Mountain NP this place is a the way to go.
Disappointed in the size and blandness of a $15-$17 entree. The Vietnamese Noodle bowl and the garlic pepper chicken was 75% plain rice noodles/rice respectively. Little sauce and little taste. There was no peanuts on the Vietnamese Noodle bowl and some of the mixed lettuce was rotten. The Vietnamese summer roles were dry as well. They came with peanut sauce but no sauce in them. But the waitress was very sweet, responsive, and helpful.
The service Fola gave was just the right amount of attentive and letting me enjoy the delicious food. The yellow curry was filling and balanced flavor. Curry can easily overpower a dish, but not here. I'm excited to come back and enjoy their other gluten free options. The malbec was also not crazily expensive, and it went well with my dish.
