I always enjoy eating at the Stanley when I visit Colorado. This year we were seated in the bar area which was a bit noisy. Food was excellent as usual, selection was wonderful and service was great. Looking forward to seeing the Stanley after construction is completed. It is a great place to visit and enjoy a wonderful meal.

The food was excellent and the setting was very nice. Only comment would be my wife asked about specials to be told there weren't any, then after ordering we heard specials explained to another table

Ambiance, cheese board, cocktails and service were all great. The duck entree was not good (tough, tasteless and expensive) however the meatloaf was tasty.

Birthday celebration. Jesse prepared great cocktails for us - loved my old fashioned. Ambiance and service was great. The steak sampler was ok while the shrimp and scallop linguini was a clear winner. Will be back.

My family dine at the cascade for lunch. The food and service was outstanding. My father is elderly and hard of hearing, the noise level was really low which allowed him to hear and participate in the conversation. I highly recommend this restaurant!

One of my favorite places to eat when I'm up in Estes Park at the Stanley Hotel. The Old Fashions are awesome to sip and enjoy!

Excellent experience at the Cascades restaurant inside the Standley Hotel and had a mocktail at their whiskey bar. See what we had food wise below.

Stanley has let itself go. 5years ago it was good and overpriced. Now it was bad, and overpriced. Thanksgiving dinner used to be a large buffet and desert bar. Now there is no buffed, choices are few and not tasty. Turkey was dry (small portions), stuffing also dry. My pie for dessert took two hands to cut through the crust…we laughed at that. At $125/person it is a joke. Moreover, the ballroom had broken windows, pealing wallpaper, floors badly in need of refinishing. Bottom line when the state bought out the complex, it was the final nail in the coffin. Never again

Waiter was very friendly and food came out quickly. But friends with us ordered an appetizer and had to reorder as didn't receive it. Husband had the pork chop and it is literally just meat for $45-had to pay more just for mashed potatoes. My chicken thigh piece was a little bloody, too. Overall food was good tasting but wouldn't be in a hurry to return.

Been going here for 20 years! Always a good time with delicious, local food. Our server was awesome and the restaurant made my birthday special.

We were there for lunch with my 93-year old mother, and our waiter could not have been kinder or more attentive to her needs. The food was delicious...the hotel is beautiful! I would absolutely go back again!

Everything was wonderful. Our waiter took great care of us with a smile and very attentive to our needs. A great day at the Stanley!
