There were several vegan options, it was hard to choose! I went with the veggie enchiladas and they were great. Everything was clearly marked on the menu. Will absolutely go again!

We got the chips and salsa, plantains, and veggie enchiladas. Seriously some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Everything was incredible from the homemade chips and roasted salsa, perfectly cooked plantains, and mind blowing veggie enchiladas. We’ll be back if we’re in the area again!!

Everything is clearly marked, but there are limited vegan options. Food tasted good but definitely not great or authentic. We ordered the enchiladas and chile en nogada. Restaurant was very busy, packed, and loud!

Delicious vegan enchiladas, well marked, already vegan, so good, so grateful. This was the perfect meal after coming off a few long days in the woods. But I’m also pretty sure it would be good even if I hadn’t been hiking. 😎👍 Vegans is Estes’s Park who like Mexican food, EAT HERE!!!

Have eaten at Ed's many times, We used them to cater a casual event at the estes Park Marina on Saturday for 65 people. Their taco buffet was a big hit with all of our guests. Becka did a great job from the initial email communications to the final clean-up. And they were very generous with the food they provided.

My family and I dined here for dinner. We truly appreciated how wonderful the food was! Plus the manager Dylan came to our table, which added an extra special touch to our dining experience! We will definitely be back and can't wait to tell our friends back home abouts Ed's Cantina!

Had an awesome experience at this restaurant! The bison burrito was absolutely delicious—packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The bottomless chips and salsa were a great touch and kept coming without us having to ask. Our server was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Beautiful space by the river with a couple of vegan options clearly labeled in the menu. I had the veggie enchiladas and they were pretty tasty! The red sauce was nice and a bit spicy, and the white one also nice and super creamy. It was a good choice!
