Wow! Ember is amazing. This was our 1st time visiting the new Ember since we used to come when it was the Dunraven. The ambiance is so nice. Very upgraded! Our server was Robert, an Estes Park local who was superb! Excellent service and we were pleasantly surprised the food was better! We got the Steak & Frites and Chicken fried chicken. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere here is great, I love how they have updated the place. The cocktails were very good. The views are always amazing.

We came for a very early dinner at 3:30 pm and it was the lunch menu at that point. I ordered the meat skewer trio which was elk, bison and venison. Very tasty but a very small portion of meat. We came on thanksgiving and the dinner buffet was awesome! Bison short ribs was out of this world. Turkey and ham was delicious. Sweet potato casserole awesome. Great variety for buffet style.
