Pizza was FANTASTIC!!! And the whiskey flavors are incredible and many. Highly recommend!!!
Surprised this isn’t a little higher rated. Dog-friendly and food was great. We got hillbilly nachos, chicken tenders with Mac and cheese, and a giant pretzel. Great beer selection and football games on. Only negative thing was that our table was bussed right as we were getting up to leave and the server took my beer that had a bit left in it.

Sat at the outdoor bar and had the brisket platter with a beer. Spacious beer garden, a nice store inside, and plenty of free 3-hour parking across the street

Brisket was baked,no flavor! You order & pay for food at a station, then you go to the bar to order drinks & pay for them. Wait staff could have cared less we were there. Every time you wanted another drink you had to get up & get it!

Excellent views & music. The bar/patio is super chill- great tv setup, music is cool 90's alternative at a good volume. Lots of beer to select from, bar tenders friendly. Highly recommend.

Aside from the awesome smell you get from walking by, it is far from the experiance we were looking for in this beautiful town. I had to open three tickets becaue your drinks are seperate from the food. There was nobody there on a Sunday afternoon during labor day and it took over an hour to get our food. It just felt like we were not wanted and it was someplace that we will never go back to. So sad. My burger was black and over cooked as well. I think if you plan to sit at the bar and drink there, order some wings and you might like it. But dont takr your glfamiltly there to enjoy the food and service. I think they really let Estes park down!

We came here last night and then tried again today. Last night the service was sparse and we had to flag down a bartender to order and to pay. Many patrons were upset because they also couldn't order or pay. I suggest more bartenders, especially on a holiday weekend. The drinks were good, the espresso martini was good (no caffeine though- just moonshine) the live band was good too. We thought let's try again. Today, the server stopped us from sitting outside at the 2:30 on a weekend (and they were full!) ---saying it was closed. It wasn't the fact it was full we get that, , it was the rude attitude that got us. We sat at the inside bar like we did last night and again fully ignored. It didn't seem like anyone was working the bar again. So we left. I would recommend going next door to The Barrel. We met Ingrid and Lou the owners and they treated us like family. Sorry Full Throttle. We tried twice.

We got the buttermilk chicken sandwich and it was dark over cooked and just not good. Fries were ok but they are weird looking. Nobody came to our table to check on us after food was delivered. Won’t return.

If there is one thing I don’t like about a restaurant, nobody to greet you or to help you with the menu. As this appears to be its own niche in the distillery market, it would be awesome to have a waiter/waitress answer any questions. Also when you walk in and look at the help and they look at you and turn away, it’s poor service. Have someone to greet newbies and welcome them in and let them know how it’s done.
Aside from that, the food and drinks were quite tasty and definitely worth the initial hassle of not being helped or even looked at. If it wasn’t for that initial service, or lack there of, this would have been an easy five start review.
