I was really disappointed by the rocky road ice cream. It seems hard to mess up but somehow this one didn’t live up to what the flavor should taste like. The chocolate base was flavorless so the whole thing just tasted like cold sugar. I ended up throwing it away. I sampled other flavors that were really good so I do think there are some good options here, just not the rocky road.

Honestly was super disappointed, drove 2 hours to enjoy my favorite food place and get ice cream after, only for the shop to be closed 2 hours early… worker looked at us and just kept sweeping, saying no. RUDE. Was shocked it was the only ice cream shop that was closed on the block with people out walking the streets all over the place. Honestly just think if you’re going to close early maybe leave a sign or maybe consider changing the store hours. Also tried to call 4 times today and no answer, I’ve wanted to try this ice cream shop since I was 13 as it’s spelled the same as my name. So whoever closed shop on 10-1-2024 I hope they find an employee better than you. Clearly don’t wanna do your job anyway . Also will not let me send email because it says it is invalid

There are many places to have ice cream in Estes Park. Haley’s is homemade and never disappoints! We had the Snickers ice cream in an old school sugar cone and loved every bit of it! There is parking all around the area and it’s an easy walk, with lits if places to cross the streets, no matter where you park.

Only seating was outside. My ice cream was good but not worth the price. Definitely taking advantage of tourists.

Older guy with beard is very rude. Maybe a bad day but shouldn't work with customers if glaring and sounding like a jerk.

Really loved the ice cream here.. a great variety of flavors in a base that’s very rich and delicious.. dipped cones add a nice touch… serving sizes are quite big so you might not mind sharing ? Can def suggest the Chocolate Overload in a chocolate dipped cone ? and would be happy to recommend this shop to others

Hayley's Ice Cream is evidently a very popular place! When we were walking the town for some souvenir shopping, there were probably 100 people sitting along the sidewalk eating ice cream from here so we decided to try it. The service and ice cream was delicious. We quickly realized why we saw so many people having ice cream!

Ice cream was tasty with lots of good flavor options. Staff were less than friendly, barely spoke to us at all. Price is high ($16 for two single scoop waffle cones).

Purchased a candy apple (and $50 for three ice cream cones) here and the apple turned out to be moldy. We were already headed back down 34 when we discovered this, not a big deal but the phone line doesn’t work or has been disconnected and there is no way to reach anyone

There were many options for ice cream and a nice blend of types (fruity, candy, chocolatey). Due to the prices, our family got 2 double scoops in dishes rather than 4 single scoops (around $6.50 for a single and $9 for a double). It was plenty of ice cream! Really, almost too much, which made the value for the high price better. We had chocolate peanut butter and mint chip. Both had lovely flavors. The chocolate PB one had a softer almost stretchy texture compared to the mint chip, but still good. If we were to return to the area, we'd go here again.

There wasn’t much going on in the inside of the shop. The staff was also a bit rude when talking to us and telling us one flavor was out. The ice cream was also very expensive, but they did offer a selection of dairy free options.
