This stuff sucks you guys are terrible at making sandwiches, the bread was hard as a rock the tomatoes are older than my grandpa, and the worst thing is the bacon is old as hell and has layers of old Greece on it.

Went through the drive through around 8:30 and when we got to the window we paid and got our drink. He told us it would be just a minute and our food would be right out. We sat there waiting and soon our food was set on the counter to be bagged. We could see our sandwiches and chips sitting there. Three employees walked by and didn’t grab anything or look at us. We waited and waited and then my mom just went inside to get the food. The lady told my mom it was her first day and that she didn’t understand what she wanted, while the guy who took our order was nowhere to be seen. Not great service

Great Jimmy John's in the Rockies. Rare to find a national brand eatery in Estes. Small location, very busy at times but the staff works hard with what they've got and the sandwiches didn't disappoint.

This has to be the slowest Jimmy John's in existence. When we got to the window after waiting in a line of cars we then had to wait another 10 minutes for 1 sandwich

Showed up to get sandwiches with 13 Amish people. We walked in the store no greeting whatsoever. They noticed that there was a big group but didn't say anything. we waited for about 10 minutes before somebody even came to the register. And when you did they said by the way we only have enough sandwich bread to make six more sandwiches... Very poor service. Almost seemed like everybody that was working at the time was just dragging waiting for the time to end. And we showed up almost 2 hours before they were supposed to close.... So again very poor service. will never go to this place again.
