Nice coffee shop.- really good coffee. This is possibly the best coffee I have had at a coffee shop in Colorado. I struggle with the strong floral notes from most coffee shops but Kind Coffee is different. Their coffee is smooth and has a great aftertaste. Their staff were good - some were super friendly and others not so much, however we were there on a very busy Saturday morning- so I guess they can be excused. Got the seasonal matcha maple latte with oat milk and it was the best matcha latte I have ever tried! Veggie breakfast burrito was piping hot and pretty good with the extra salsa. A great place to stop for a quick bite!
Amazing coffee!!! We were visiting for 3 days and we had to go here all 3 days and didn’t even need to try any other place. Also, the atmosphere of it being right in the river is AMAZING!
