If this is the McDonald's is Estes Park, they give cold food and have order takers that don't communicate very well in English. We had a very hard time understanding each

It's a McDonald's, so you really get what you pay for. While I would recommend eating pretty much anywhere else, they were the only drive-thru nearby, and my son needed something to eat. The service was subpar at best, but again, it's a McDonald's, and you get what you pay for.Parking: Parking was prevelent, but I would argue they almost have too much parking for a McDonald's in a mountain town.

The service is usually awesome ,the food ,on the other hand, usually cold, not filled up all the way ( the drinks) ,the non -melted cheese..yada yada. The window people though are so kind, even when the line is a mile long. :)

They need to be more precise on their opening and closing hours on the website so that people(like myself) don’t drive all the way down there just for it to be closed!!! 8.30 on a Monday night!!!! Yet the website says midnight!!!!Not good business practice. Very disappointed.

The cost of hashbrowns is ridiculous. It cost more for 2 hashbrowns than a cheap six-pack of beer. No wonder when you give street people money, they buy beer instead of food. Whatever happened to Mcdonalds that makes them want to be a high society restaurant.

Communication was really bad between me and the people taking my order. I had to leave before finishing my order because of the Communication issue.

So tired of McD's apparent policy of "nod and agree" then talk amongst themselves about your request for fresh dropped chicken nuggets, only to give you crusty old stale nuggets proclaiming they are fresh. It is the difference between eating cardboard and eating fresh nuggets. Just pay your customer the respect of saying "sorry, our policy is not to make our customer happy and so we will give you stake nuggets and you will like it". It has happened so many times I didnt even bother to waste my time going back to request another batch. Tired of McD's wasting my time. It is clearly policy since it hsppens everywhere.
