Went here probably a year ago and just saw it online and decided to review. Was walking through town early one morning and it was a ghost town, no one around. Me and my friends were on our way to the National Park and were talking about how we were disappointed nowhere was open yet as we wanted coffee to start the morning. The owner was on the street working on something when he overheard us, and decided to open up shop solely to get us coffee knowing no one else was around and we’d likely be the only customers for hours. Talked with us for a little like we were old friends, made us some great coffee, and I got my brother a bottle of hot sauce that was also very good. The people claiming he was “rude” clearly have never met someone from the northeast where I’m guessing he’s from as they can come across rude but are some of the most hospitable people you’ll meet. Opening shop just cause you hear a couple kids say they want coffee is a testament to that. Will certainly be back if I’m in the area again and I recommend you all stop by. It was nice to go a place that didn’t feel like a tourist trap and just felt like a guy running a coffee shop.

Me, my boyfriend, and my parents came in to get some coffee. As soon as we walked in the man at the counter seemed upset that he had customers (no where near closing, by the way). My boyfriend walked up to the counter and asked for a latte and the man said "I need you to be super specific because I am NOT paying for another one." Immediately we were put off, not sure if he was kidding. My boyfriend restated "Just a plain latte."
The man behind the counter begrudgingly started the espresso shots and walked away. I told my boyfriend we should leave, and we did, not wanting to pay for his horrible attitude and probably stale coffee. He followed us through the crowd a couple blocks down and handed my boyfriend his latte that we did not pay for nor want anymore and said "No I meant someone else paid for it already" (mind you, there was no one else in his store, so that makes no sense.) so I imagine he probably felt bad for his crappy attitude and tried to make it up. The only thing this did for us is make us all extremely uncomfortable, and we threw the probably spit-in drink away. This is obviously NOT what he was talking about when we originally came in. I've worked in the coffee industry for years and have had my fair share of bad days, but you never take it out on your customers.
We are local and natives and will not be returning here, and I encourage you to not give him business. Go support the NICE coffee shops in Estes!

Great little place. Got a peppermint latte. Was great tasting. Many times places have a fake peppermint taste. This was just right. Guy at the counter was very friendly.

Great little spot to get coffee. The chai latte is pretty good! The guy working was very nice and helpful. It does not just have drinks but lots of hot sauces, jelly, jam, coffee mugs and cups. We always stop here to get a drink when we are shopping.

The barista was kind and very quick with my coffee and he was helping lady next door carry some boxes. I think anyone who put 1 star is probably very privileged or entitled.

Have only ordered coffee here; always wonderful. Not sure who made my drink but it's been the same gentleman my last 3 or 4 visits and he's always kind.

This dude was a joy to talk too! Knows his hot sauces very well and gave some great suggestions. We grabbed some Sinful Delight coffee from the brand he sells in store, and it was probably the best I have ever had! Deep notes of chocolate. I'm hooked. The store has jams, jellies, salsas and pickled stuff on top of what I mentioned but also has a full coffee shop in the back. Very cool shop!
