We visit whenever we make it to Estes. The staff are AMAZING! The burgers are good. The day we went it was busy but an amazing staff member was working through the busy line with a tablet to reduce wait time. My 7 year old got a shake and spilled it 5 minutes in. They remade the shake free of charge which was entirely unexpected and beyond appreciated. We will always go back.
With me being on vacation, I wanted to try something new. Before leaving my hotel, I looked to see what time they closed, which was 7pm.
I arrive at 5:48 pm and they are closed. They could have at least put a sign on the door, but nope. I guess they were to cheap to do so.
They lost my business.
