Had a nice enough hostess who promptly seated us, but we sat for nearly 10 minutes (in an almost empty restaurant) while the waiter walked past us about 5 times without acknowledging us. We couldn't get his attention, so we just left and had the best Nepalese we've ever had down the street.

They may be a decent restaurant and maybe we caught them on an off day, but just didn't do it for us.

Atmosphere just feels a little dirty and honestly the menu is all over the place, which just is a red flag.

Poppy's has become our favorite local restaurant! The outdoor seating area is wonderful, right next to the Riverwalk...Pizza, salads, and flatbread are all delicious, all day winter-time $10 specials are best deals in town...and Owner Robert is a gem!

Parking: I stop at curbside w flashers and walk my elderly friend in, then cross to park in library lot...the parking/walk is probably the only negative for older diners!

For a Pizza place I would expect a little more taste in the pizza but for the ambiance and service I would give full marks

Man! So we passed up quite a few places that were closed along the street. Found Poppy’s and stopped in. Menu was extensive! We settled on the cheese and bacon fries to start. CRISPY AS HECK! Cheese wall all over the dish and in layers throughout NOT just on top. Bacon was plentiful. The fires on the bottom were also CRISPY! Loved this app. Got our pizza and wow. Dough was perfect with crispy bottom and chew in the middle! Toppings were generous. Not overly sauced and the sauce had a small kick to it. Brought the rest of the pizza home and just dug into a slice. Pizza when it’s cold is my jam. This rocks. Our sever was excellent and very friendly! Good job Poppy’s!

Would rate 0 but not an option. Tasteless, greasy (even without pepperoni), waste of time and money. Most of the pizza went into trash can.

Horrible Pizza couldn't taste more than the grease and only got one meat topping. Very tasteless and there was supposed to be sauce on it but we cannot see or taste it. What a waste of money and time

I should’ve read through the reviews a little more before ordering. I’m basing my review on two plain cheese pizzas. I would swear the crust is premade and possibly frozen. Kinda like a spongy thick tombstone pizza. Very thick and spongy🤮 With pizza in the name of the restaurant we expected more. Highly recommend Antonio‘s Pizza down the road, sadly they were closed and we took a first chance on Poppy’s. Never again! One star!!! Note: left an additional star because of the wonderful pizza pick up host with the festive Xmas snoopy sweater 😀

Great experience! The cheese curds were so good, pizza was good, kids enjoyed the grilled cheese. Service was also great! We would return.

Pizza is soggy. Pizza is overpriced. Kid drinks alone were $4 each.
